I am fed up with the customer care team of Asianet as no resolution has been seen to my Complaints Tickets
1(CN[protected]CN 573014) which were given on11/03/15 through [protected] and now i have received a sms saying my complaint has been resolved.I do not know how they seem to be operating with out any quality assurance and proper Customer service standards.I have had many instances where the Customer care executives HANG the calls while talking and they give a switched off no when we ask for NODAL Officer no.This is a serious issue and I need help from this form to teach them a lesson.
