[Resolved] Asianet Digital TV — Asianet cable connection was refused due to asianet internal billing issue | |||
To who may ever concerned... My Asianet satellite communication subscriber ID is HA92008881. I pay my bill on yearly basis through Asianet collection agents. Latest bill was payed in the month of November 2013 for 1 year through to Oct 2014. Bill Number[protected] There has been two occurance when Asianet disconnected service saying they have not received the bill amount. On the basis of multiple complaints lodged first instance was solved. Last week they disconnected service again stating the same ( they have not received the payment). How on earth is constomer responsible if collected agents does not pay out the amount. Why are we made to pay for their internal billing issues. Still waiting to resolve this issue.
