Date of incident - 26/8/21 client number : GA91138163 Asianet Digital Tv service is used HD SETUP BOX 1 year 1 month from purchase We have been calling the customer care from 26th august and had registered multiple complaints when this occured, after 10 times calling, one person came today to check, he said that the set up box is not working that is why the setup box light is not blinking. Told that we need to buy a new one by paying Rs.1600 again or buy a serviced box of someone for Rs.850 which has only warranty of 6 months. This issue is occured first time in all the years we used tv that in one year one month Hd new set up box is not working !!! Other providers repair and give us back the product or they ask very minimal amount for the repair of such box. Asianet people are charging us same amount again we paid an year back with just 1 year warranty again or 6 months again, should we keep on paying every 6 month or 1 year for this item again and again ?? lifelong ?? This is cheating service for more money from their customer every year... I am registering complaint here for repair of the product free of cost which they are liable to do for an year old box. I have evidences only in person or on calls from the company number where they have told me this today. after a week complaints. Was this information helpful? | |||
