I have taken your connection on 24th February 2015. But your Cable TV is not having a proper MENU.
The Menu is not giving any details of the programs for next 5-6 hours nor is it giving
details of the current TV program. These many details are available on all other services such as DISH TV, TATA SKY, AIRTEL etc. Please ensure that menu facility is provided.
I have given numerous complaints over phone from 27th March regarding this EPG related problem vide
complaint number GA02052510 BUT TILL DATE NO ONE HAS DONE ANYTHING.
Please attend and sort out this issue I feel cheated because your representative has taken ONE YEARS subscription and NOT given me a proper demo nor advised that MENU will not have details. Had I known that, I
would not have taken the connection.
This is deficiency in service.
