Asianet — Pathetic Customer Service in spite of heavy charges

Getting connection was not so much of a problem, paid lump sum. Extra Internet usage charged heavily. Frequent disconnections. Pathetic customer support. Customer support has no idea of payments done. They keep sending bills and TV channels disconnected. TV channel department and internet department talks like they are from different planets and they don't now each other. Online payments only for internet not for channels it seems, so all money paid online goes to Internet department. These were not informed, customer support gives broken information and they know nothing about other department talks as if they are their enemies. Does not provide any solutions or explanations, "You have not paid it is disconnected". Do they really need a customer support division? No complaint cell. Only customer support with no clue of what to do is the contact. All this after frequent service interruptions and heavy charges. They are making the best use of their monopolistic position.
