My subscriber i'd hb92008494 in the name of chandrasekharan menon. I am facing picture and sound breaking problem since last one month and reported this to your customer care no [protected] several time and technician from irinjalakuda attended the complaint several time. But we are totally upset that they could not rectify the problem until now. If this continue we almost all people near by me planning to bar asianet service and taking decision not to make the payment against your worst service and also planning to change the connection to the available local service provider.
