Asianet — Poor Customer service | |||||
I am trying to call Asianet customer service for 2 days. The call hasn't connected even once after trying about 50+ times. Its saying all routes are busy at the moment. Their number to contact for new connection is available 24 hours and never heard that line is busy. What?? Are you kidding me??..Maybe nobody will call to that number to take a Asianet broadband connection after knowing their pathetic service. I am shifting my home so I want to transfer my broadband connection to the new address. I submitted a query under House Shifting option from their website on 5th Oct, 2015 . Till now, no one has responded. I paid the bill for this month also. Was this information helpful? | |||||
