I have disconnected my broadband connection in October 2022 and in January 2023 they have added a plan "HiSpeed_199" to my account and started sending bills. I have registered a complaint in their support page and got no response. Then i contacted nodal officer via phone and he told me that it might be a mistake and he will remove the plan from the sub code and revoke the bill generated also told me that no need to pay the bill. All of these happened a week ago and still i am getting SMS to pay my pending bill.
