Cable connection is disconnected since 2 months. Initially it was disconnected for non payment. Even after payment of full amount till date (Considering the offers applicable to our combo plan) they didn't reconnect the service till now. The customer care executives of asianet are the worst i've ever dealt with. Fed up with their customer support. Not addressing an issue for 2 months is more than unacceptable. Even without service, they're charging us!!! They've a greatttt whatsapp customer service, till now nobody resolved a single issue for us. Attaching the screenshots with this complaint. They're always online in whatsapp and seeing our text and listening to our audio messages, but won't respond in any way. They only asks your subscriber id. May be they're only trained to ask that!! Such a pathetic service. Where the hell does this kind of behavior happens???

Now coming to the broadband connection. Have been using it since last 3.5 months. Network speed is ok. But once you need to address some issue or need any assistance like shift request, and you need to contact the customer care executive, then better you disconnect their service. They're not going to address the issue or respond properly. They won't note down the issue anywhere. Instead, every time you contact them, you've to narrate the story from the beginning. I wonder how they're tracking issues. I had raised a shift request in their portal about half a month before actual shifting. Since nobody reached out, i contacted customer service. They asked me to send an email request instead. Sent mail on 22nd july for shifting on 25th or 26th. Alas! Next day came the technician! (It was pretty fast as i never thought it will be) then he said there are some signal issues in the new location that he can't do anything of, but asianet will do the rest in short time. And today is is 31st july nobody came or contacted afterwards. I kept on calling customer care on a daily basis. We have already shifted to new location and connection is still in the old location, for which we have to pay rent from next month (Tomorrow). I'm using broadband to work from home. I told them. Everyday they used to tell like today we'll fix it, somebody will contact you. At the end of the day i'll contact them back since nobody comes or contacts us. Just fed up with all the drama i have requested for disconnection and refund (Coz i paid 5 months advance according to their offer - my bad, now 1 month remaining). The funny part is, that will also go through their worst customer service. Not sure how long i need to wait.
