On contacting customer care it was promised that connection will be restored within 24hrs. After repeated calls to customer care a complaint was lodged only at 10.47 am on 05/08/2018. Now they are seeking another 24 hours to clear complaint. Compensation is required in bill amount for no. Of days connection is faulty.
