Issue: high ping and loss on servers outside kerala, in trivandrum.

I've been contacting asianet's customer service for the 3 to 4 weeks regarding the fact that there's constant throttling in the city of trivandrum on fixed time periods, which results in high ping and packet loss. This has been happening for over the course of 3 weeks, and asianet's customer service representatives aren't even aware of what the term "ping" and "packet loss" is. I know this issue has affected only the area of trivandrum because a couple of friends and i usually plays video games together, 3 weeks ago, my packet loss has been going to 40-50% with very high ping. Packet loss and ping is very important when it comes to multiplayer online gaming. I expected more from the no:1 provider in india. Please fix the issue asap, its been over a month since the issue has started showing up.

      From the last day we are having no access to the network .It is showing only initialising and trying for frequency when we switch on the television. Due to this we have faced a lot of inconvenience. Please make sure that the issue is resolved within 24 hours

        At 9:40:36 ist, april 5, 2020, i paid an amount of 845 rs via asianet's online payment website. And while the amount was deducted from my account, the site tells me that the transaction has failed.
        I tried contacting the customer care to inquire about it, but they are yet to call me back.

          The kudumbavilakku serial airing on asianet has a good story plotthe show having all the elements of an average soap-opera such as a dutiful but uneducated wife having a highly educated husband who also has an extramarital affair.. The central character sumithra is always treated badly by her family. She is compared to a trash by the words of her family. Except her father in law and younger son everyone hates her due to lack of education. Sumithra is playing as mch as weak and meek. Sumithra's husband can even enjoy any bad affair which is not at all a problem to the family. The mother in law is totally rubbish devil women. She shows partiality towards sumithra and her younger son. Can u please change her. Sumithra has to be more confident and raise her questions toward the injustice. Vedhika and sidharth are such a shameless creature. Sumithra, s elder son is like a doll who acts accordingly to father and grandmother. I think the presence of melina can help sumithra to raise up power.

            I have not renewed my subscription from october 2019. Being a pre-paid service i assumed it was disconnected. But i am getting sms message saying that it will be renewed. You have not provided a fair method to reply to sms or for submitting a disconnection request. Instead, you are renewing by your own and your people are calling and demanding for payment; which is unfair. So this is to intimate you that i have discontinued your service from october 2019 / on nil pre-paid balace.
            Request you effect this immediately, as i dont want any further telephone call from your end.

              We are totally disappointed by all your quality less serials and programmes. The show kannante radha was my favourite one and you are always changing the time. The central character in mounaragam serial is totally a waste. Even god doesn't know from where she is. Woman is characterised by helpless, crying features. Are'nt you living in this world. The story shown by kudumbavilakku serial is a century before. We are not fools to watch the cultureless bigboss show again. Serials like mounaragam, kudumbavilakku shows women as powerless, crying, helpless. Can u stop these nonsense...

                My cust id is ga91024092 mac add 50.09.59. Ff. E0.62 and since last 24 hrs it is showing no signal found, raised many complaints to no avail. L was not even aware that there is a lockdown from today since tv is not working. L have paid rs.7100 odd this month and this is the service that too in this special time of need. Please help resolve my complaint. This is something they can do sitting in their office, no need to travel at all.

                  New intrenet connection was called for three days and the connection has not been received yet. Calling at kottayam office number will not take your phone. No more asianet connection. L will look for another service provider

There is no call back if you see a mobile miss call. The service at the kottayam office is very bad. Payment of rs 2100 is not enough to get paid. Please cancell my connection and refund the money.

                      I took the asianet cable broadband connection last month. Within the first few weeks, i started getting network connectivity issues. I have complained multiple times and they do a network reset and issue gets resolved for a short period.

                      On march 20, 2020, i do not have the internet connection. I dialled the customer care number [protected] which offered me a callback, but none called. Today morning, i dialled the number at 11:00am and until now i haven't recieved a callback. Asianet has the worst customer service and if i had known this before, i would never have opted their service.

                      My subscriber code is cn151655. I request asianet to fix the issue permanently and if you cannot, please refund my money charged for the modem and installation.

                      I received a call from Asianet customer support yesterday at 4.30 PM. The agent named Ajith promised me the issue will be resolved and when asked for a supervisor, he informed supervisor named ‘Mrinal’ would call back in an hour as he is escalating the issue to higher authority.

                      I asked Ajith to call me back after an hour to see if issue is resolved, but he denied. This clearly indicates how much value a customer is provided by Asianet.

                      I waited for an hour, nothing changed. Issue not fixed and I never received a callback until now.

                      I received a call from customer care yesterday after multiple follow-ups that there would be a physical line fault that is causing no internet and promised someone will come today to fix the issue. However, no one has turned up until now.
                      I received a call from Asianet customer support yesterday at 4.30 PM.                         Sub : notice on unsubscribed cable tv charges

                        Reference : asianet postpaid customer account id : ja91007182

                        I (Muralidharan k. N) resident of saikripa, house no :9/682, lane:2, paramount gardens, pirayiri, palakkad, kerala state-678004 was a subscriber of postpaid ' asianet cable tv ' in 2018 and the subscription ended on[protected].

                        On the end of subscription, i have send an email to :[protected]@asianetindia.com and copied to [protected]@asianetindia.com on 27th feb-2019 by email. The same period, i have informed the local agent and asianet office admin staff as well. So they have not approached me for the renewal at all.

                        It is very clear that in the previous years, asianet agent/ sales person used to approach me and collect the subscription well in advance and provide the facilities. But after disconnection, no one visited till this notice to me.

                        One fine day, forwarded a notice letter dated on 15th feb-2020 by saying that the dues rs:2, 239/- which is not acceptable to me at all.

                        I wish to bring your attention to the following.

                        (A) i have intimated the disconnection of subscription by email.
                        (B) asianet local office sales person never visited me regarding the renewal of my subscrition.
                        (C) it is very clear that my contract for 12 months which is completed and end of subscription is over and until and unless i renew the subscription, i am not liable to pay the charges.
                        (D) i have attached the notice which is received from asianet for your reference and my emails which is regularly acting for the above.

                        I request you to consider this complaint very seriously and looking forward to you for a response.

                          It is a shame that asianet is glorifying violence against women. Until yesterday i was satisfied that a person like rajith has been evicted but now an unfair elimination of reshma that too an open elimination pre telecasted just to satisfy the anguish of some male chauvinist of the country. When india is still fighting for woman empowerment you people here are trying to satisfy such narrow minded brains by an unfair elimination and if you bring back rajith it will only show that even if a person throws acid in a game show in the essence of the game it's all okay and accepted. If you want your kids to grow up learning no act against women is justifiable then try to fight for the truth rather than to satisfy some thirsty blinded fans. Shockingly he is a doctorate and i don't think a man of those many degrees could how so ever in his sane mind think of such an act. He deserves a mental care. Please don't let people in india and kerala take for granted violence only because he happens to be popular and loved. If that is justified it's useless of being called a channel for the people.

                              I totally disagree elimination of dr rejith. He got eliminated because he applied sone chilly below one of the contestants eyes as a part of task. Yeah applying chilly is not a fair game but people in that house always followed an unfair game. Why did not asianet eliminate fukru for fracturing rejith sir arm? Even if it is physical task, is it allowed to fracture?? I believe hand broken is much more painful than chilly, chilly burning may last for 15-30 min, but fracture pain last for more than a month. From today i am not going to see any asianet programmes and i am unsubscribing asianet tomorrow. Thanks for opening my eyes.

                                  It was a wrong decision from big boss about rejith kumar you didn't consider the audience's comments then why we are seeing the show what is going on in big boss. Fukru and eleena are bad players they are not giving a little bit of food to anyone are you guys not seeing what is going on rejith sir apologizes to reshma and she didn't accepted it who is rejith sir and who is this culturless fellow reshma. Season 1 players were very decent....

                                    2 days back, 2 broadband technicians visited my place to reinstall the wifi connection in my new place. They said, the connection would be available to me within 4 hours after fixing the modem. We waited the whole day, but in vain. The next day early morning, my husband complained and they told us they would fix it in 24 hours. Because we did not receive any response from them, we kept on calling them atleast 6-7 times. "your complaint has been registered, we will attend within 24 hours" was the only dialogue they were telling us. Till today we were not visited by any technicians. I called them today morning and they told the same thing. I dont understand what they think of their customers. What can be done next.

                                      Dear asianet, i have been watching the channel from my childhood. Biss boss is one of the best programs i saw as well as i recommend to my friends to see it.in this scenario the program is only focused on a particular person (Dr. Rejith kumar). The one hour program boost up only that person apart from others. So i saw some parchall between them to bulid up more "trp". As a viewer, it is not as good for your channel and i recommend you to telecast in a proper way. I believe my request would be accepted by the channal and do something good for the program.
