    Am one of asianet digital tv customer. Trai has implemented this change to reduce 90% people cable bill. But asianet has made violated all good things. There basic pack is 139 channels (Default selection) so that they can charge n/w service charge. They have created a new site and informed that we can change through it. But when i selected channels and tried to apply its asking me to contact customer care. When i contacted customer care they said they can add this on top of there basic plan only (138 channels). I cannot select my channels which is against rule.

    Need stern action against asianet for violating and looting people like this.

      Asianet did not provide the facility to select the basic package recommended by trai that is 100 channels for rs. 135/- + tax in their site for consumers. They have added another 20 channels and is charging more. They do not allow to delete the additional 20 channels in their site, saying its locked. They advice to contact customer care, but they do not respond. I have contacted in their customer service number tel: +[protected] / 2700244 but not responding to my request. I made these requests during the month of february, several days

        I had opted for the hdk03/emerald package after trai update. Subscriber code - ga91121411 on feb 5th 2019.
        But, i am not getting all the channels which come under this subscription.
        I have been raising complaint tickets daily with the asianet customer care daily since the past 5 days, but till now no help has been provided. Asianet is being non cooperative and not even sending any technician to reslove this matter.

          As per new regulations of trai, i wanted to select free and paid channels al a carte through your website. I have also given my written order form to your peroorkada tvm office on 5th feb 2019. But, without my consent your recommended pack fta 2 has been added by default to my pack depriving me the freedom to select any channels al a carte. This is against trai guidelines.
          I request you to remove all the existing channels in my connection and provide me with the facility to select all channels al a carte afresh. I do not want any recommended pack kept in my connection by default and i should have the complete freedom to select any ind of channels sd, hd, free, paid etc: except the mandatory dd channels. Orelse, please advise your peroorkada office, to accede to my request either manually or through the system... Urgent action is solicited.

          Asianet cable is not responding and addressing complaints. Most of the channels are not available especially English News channels. And added some channels that we never watched. Its all against TRAI rules. Action should be taken against them.Their website is not working. Call centre do not answer. Local office staff do not pick up calls. and no response.

            I had received changed my Asianet BB Plan from TU 799 to TU 1099 @ 25 Mbps speed. My BB Customer ID is tv104901 in the name of PV Subramaniam at VNRA 79, Vikas Nagar, Chekkalamukku, Sreekariyam, Trivandrum 695017. Right from the day, about 2 weeks or so ago after plan change, the BB speed from 8.30 to 11.30 PM is just about 3 to 4 Mbps ONLY. Lodged several complaints about this to BB Customer Care at [protected] as well as their helpdesk by way of calls and emails. But as of date nothing is changed and the speed is JUST 4 Mbps ONLY from 8.30 to 11.30 PM. I am paying a handsome amount in advance for whole year subscription : but the goods received is horrible, pathetic, disgusting and disappointing.

              TV channel list has to be selected urgently.
              I am unable to register for channel selection on 20-2-19.. issue is that my mobile no is which was registered earlier, is not shown in asianet site www.asianetdigital.co.in. so i don't get their OTP. so can't register.So channel selection is not possible

                Called Asianet customer care call back number @ 3.07 pm today (1st call) and the 2nd call made at 3.12 pm. And I got the call back from the customer care @ 5.22pm. This not the fist time issue with Asianet. they are very waste than the 80's government service. If they attend the call then also they are not polite the customers. they way talk they are providing free service to the customer. if Asianet is not providing better service then there is no other option than cancelling their service and look for the other option

                  My Asianet Digital Subscriber Code is GA91100454. I was migrated to Prepaid plan as per the TRAI regulation. I had opted for channels and have paid for the same. Since 9th Feb 2019 till 19th Feb 2019. I am in contentious follow up with the customer care each day to get my Free to Air Channels and they mention that this will be resolved in 20 minutes or half an hour and the same is still unresolved and iam getting only 7 channels apart from the statutory channels suggested by TRAI. Most importantly my issue is unanswered and resolved after 10 days. I had an amount balance of 341 Rs which is deducted automatically by the service provider and was showing a -ve balance yesterday.
                  Request your goodself to pls look into this and help out with a solution. While contacting the customer care initially they where reluctant to give me a complain ticket number finally yesterday they have issued a Complanint number with is GA 1243878

                    Asianet satellite communication is not obeying the orders of trai, the photo given is a proof. Asianet charges rs.616.18 as per their pakage to get the channels. Where as trai has orders to collect is different.

                    My subscriber id-GA91104647. I selected the Kerala Gold pack on 7/2/2019 but the channels in the pack are not showing. I paid Rs 500 to asianet on 9/2/19 online but channels are still not showing except some news channels.

                      No channels except DD channels and 7 HD channels. Order No34171 is to be cancelled and fresh order is necessary. Customer care THrissur not doing this despite personal visits. I paid Rs 285/- 10 days ago.

                        The local distributor in kodanad (Ernakulam distt) informed that selection of individual channel is not possible and we are being forced to shell out money for one of their packages. This proves that in india big organizations like asianet digital don't care about trai's new framework for dth and cable. Is there any forum where we customers can complain and get it sorted.

                          I have submitted my choice of channels to facilitate migration to the new scheme subject to new trai guidelines, for two set boxes operating under subscriber code da92002210, via alacarte channels,

                          New mac: vm[protected] - channels: 68, valued @ rs. 410.64,

                          I had my set box replaced as per the advice from your service personnel, for which i remitted an amount of rs. 1150/- (Rupees one thousand one hundred & fifty only), vide receipt 2017/5779159, and my account has been debited of in advance for both the set boxes assigned,

                          The new mac: vm[protected] does not show the channels i opted for, and the channels i choose show an error: unauthorised channel,

                          Neither are service personnel available to address the issue,

                          Looking forward to the immediate resumption of my services, asap,

                            I selected my channels on alacarta basis at asianet and my payment reference no is 1125031 dated 07/02/19. But the following channels they are not providing even after 3 mails and not responding to any mails.
                            Asianet plus, cnn (English), raj tv, jayaplus, sun news, raj news, india today (English), bbc, ndtv profit, aajtak, ndtv hindi, asianet hd, zee keralam, tez hindi.
                            All the above channels fee paid online, customer care number not working, when contacted directly they informed they will provide but after 2 weeks nothing has done and they are showing interst in accepting their package only.
                            This is against court verdict and trai.

                              asianet digital not giving me choices of channel, force own channel package..

                              My cable operator, asianet digital not giving me any choice of channel. I had asked them a channel selection of ₹215/- including both paid and free channels with ncf of ₹130/-. They are forcing their own package with network capacity fee of ₹ 150/-. They are also putting paid channels arbitrarily ignoring my choices. Their website is not working for choosing the channels. Now after they were told, i would complaint, their website says...

As per trai rule i have selected the basic package for dth and paid for the same on feb 5 2019. From that day iam not getting any channel. I have complained it to asianet several times and it has been 10 days and still no channels are available. But people who have opted for premium packages in asianet digital are getting the corresponding channels.

                                  I have paid 1500/ to asianet digital on 11/2/19 for cable channel subscription selecting star pack and free pack, despite follow up & time consuming call centre escalation no pack is activated /i am not able to see any channels as per subscription (Con num ga[protected] they are not willing to refund the money & have started deducting from my bal (I am told 1332/ is left as on 14th feb without even a single channel being provided...

                                  1. I have selected the channels online on 07 Feb 18 and accordingly payment for the same was deducted from my account on 08 Feb 18. However, I have made several times (50 times) complain to customer care and local cable operator to resolve the problems. My complain ticket nos are GE0085136 and GE0085149. Many times they are not registered my complain stating that wait for 20 min, 1 hour or upto evening.

                                  2. The customers care representatives are very casual in nature and not giving any importance to my case.

                                    On 12th feb, i have paid 513/- online for the paid channels (And free channels).
                                    Now, they have only provided the paid channels and are not providing the promised free channels.

                                    I have been chasing them for the past 3 days to get it fixed and the staffs are being extremely rude when i raised the complaint.

                                    I would highly appreciate if you could look into this asap
