1. I am not receiving internet speed as described in my package since the beginning (3 months ago).

2. I have raised a complaint through customer care, which received no response.

3. After requesting for a disconnection through online complaint and customer care, i am only receiving false promises.

4. I am constantly receiving a message every month asking for me to pay bill for my existing connection.

Also i would like to update few unmentioned complaints,

5. I had opted for the 100 GB plan with internet speeds upto 50 Mbps. Which is priced at Rs. 699/- excluding Tax. But received a Bill exceeding 1000 Rs. While i only received a max speed of 3-5 Mbps.
Sir,
I hereby request you to cancel my broadband connection under customer no PK5195 name Vibeesh P. G. Since I'm not able to use the connection regularly due to its frequent disconnection, I request you to cancel the same without any charges.

Kindly do it as early as possible.

    As per a recent message received from your office, i returned the set top box earlier alloted to me, vide ga92002192 to asianet office, tripunithura, ernakulam dt., on 30.10.2018, 12.15pm.
    But, to my surprise, no acknowledgement is given for the returned material. Also no refund as stated in your message is effected.

      I paid the bill amont for one year ie up to April 2019. What is the next step

        My name is mrs. Girija revikumar from kureekad ernakulam district. We are having your asianet cable connection with mac id 0880392d7eab. We are paying your bills on yearly basis and till now no dues from our side. But due to our new house construction we couldn't pay the amount in time because we were not promptly intimated. From last two days we are not getting channels except acv. Today morning i complained the same to soumya cable tripunithura who gave us connection and the lady over there said will clear the issue. She said we have due and i said it will clear it soon. Twice i called for the same but invain and in the afternoon a guy came and collected our yearly instalment of rs.3840/= and gave us the receipt of archana cable udayamperoor and said will get reconnected with in an hour but yet now we are not getting connection. The lady if she was aware why didn't inform us that connection is interrupted due to non payment of bill. Up to now i called in the office but nobody picking. It is so pity of you to give franchisee to such irresponsible people. We have decided to move to sky net who serves customers well. Thanks

          We are using asianet satelite connection from april 24 -2018 and the picture freeze satrts from june. We have made complaints to local agents as well as consumer complaint of asianet. But still the issue is not resolved.
          We are paying money for nothing. Atleast take a chance to resolve the Issue.
          Consumers are not fools for paying for nothing to some irresponsible network and utter waste employees under your company. Please take action ASAP.

            changing a channel to another pack, without any notice

            Hello consumer complaint,

            First time hope it would help me out. So i've subscribed to a low pack of 290 rs/- per month which include max malayalam channel + sports + hind (Total of 90 channels). But today when i search for a channel called 'safari' (A popular travel channel) it shows "channel not subscribed, please contact asianet bla bla bla". So i've contacted them and they told that that channel has been moved to new plan,...

            I’ve been complaining to asianet broadband services since ages. Every month every week 3 to 5 times i’m contacting the customer care and they respond saying your complaint is registered and the technician would see into it. I couldn’t get a stable connection for even two full days till date. These people are cheating us big time. I’m an asianet user since almost 10 years, not because i love these guys but there are no other options. Last two days i called the customer care 7 times and every single time the same response and still no network.

            It’s been 2 years i’m complaining for same issue.

              My id no. Is gb91005394. I have always experienced very poor service from your asianet cable aluva section. Registered complaint since 4days, still no action taken.. This is not the first time i am going through this problem.. When we call customer care they give a stupid recorded like message. Your complaint has been sent to local office.. It will be solved soon. When i ask anything more they just disconnect the call.. Let me tell your service is really bad

                Hi. I am an existing Asianet Broadband customer. (TV147935) I was using 25Mbps speed postpaid connection and when the company launched the 100Mbps speed, I upgraded to the 1299 plan.
                I never got the promised 100Mbps speed. Not even 25Mbps continuously. Raised a crore customer care calls, and after many fights and emails to the Regional Customer care manager, a Technician came and changed the Modem and verified the speed. It was around 2Mbps and he promised that, he has raised a complaint to check that.
                I work from home and i require immense bandwidth to conduct video conferencing calls with my clients.
                I am frustrated to the core. Need attention to resolve this ASAP.

                  Vanambadi: this serial initially seemed to have a good story line, but now has deteriorated into the never ending machinations of padmini, her mother and daughter tambru. It is not suitable for family viewing, since tambru wiil be a very bad influence on youngsters. She is everything a child her age should not be. She seems to be outstripping her mother and grandmother in deviousness and machinations. Padmini is blackmailing nirmala on some very unbelievable grounds, just to keep the serial going.

                  Bharya: another serial which held some promise initially, is becoming interminable, with the scheming and plotting of sharath, who seems to be the only with grey matter, and all other characters, brainless dumbos.

                  I understand this is not going to have any effect on your policies, since commercial considerations outweigh everything else.

                      The worst ever connection, irresponsible one also... Most of the the connection drops off.. When i contact the customer care they sing the same song always..."a temporary problem, we will sort out soon mam".. Really fed up with asianet broadband... I wish to cancel... U guys are just making ur customers fool, before we take connection u offer this and that about your service and connectivity... But after we need to run behind u for connectivity...

                          I've been a subscriber of Asianet broadband for three years. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. Low speed. Frequent connectivity issues. The company is keen only on taking money, not on providing quality service. You pay for what you don't get. The payment should be tantamount to service and speed offered.
                          I contacted Asianet customer care multiple times due to problem in the connectivity days before itself. Customer care contacted me multiple times and assured resolution. But didn't resolve. This went on for 3 days after which they sent a technician. It got resolved. I asked them to extend my service by 3 days which I lost. They told they will send mail but didn't.

                          Again my connection which was going to expire tomorrow night was renewed today without my permission. Again I lost 2 days.

                          Total 5 days!

                          Now I again my connection is not working properly. It is showing just 4 MBPS speed. Not able to do anything.

                          I would like to file a complaint against you in the consumer court if this continues. This is cheating as we are paying for period duration and days are lost. Time is lost which is inevitable.

                            Hi, i Have been raising complaint about consistent disconnection of internet for past one month. each time i call your customer care they will just tell complaint has been registered with ticket no. after 1 hour they will send a text msg stating complaint has been resolved. infact internet connection will be still down. this has been going on for last one month. they dont care about there customers.

                              We are not getting any program on our cable tv for the last 4 days. Tried to call to nearby office. Not attending calls. Yesterday met the cable operator in person. Still no response. This is totally irresponsible. No reason is acceptable as we hav power supply all these days. But no cable network during these crucial flood days. Expecting strict response!

                                For the past five days we are not getting any channels. They are not even attending my phone call. Last week i called them to complaint that some channels we are not able to see like flowers, asianet, asianet news channels, they said that they will look into it, but till now no response from them. We have paid one year subscription. If they are unable to solve our problem, please return our money so that we can do an alternative arrangement.

                                My house is located in valiyavila and we come under peyad office.

                                Please do the needful.

                                  Since today morning (15 aug18), when the cable is switch on its just showing... Initializing alonwith some frequency in khz. I called up at your customer care at 1207pm and booked the complaint. Again at around 1330pm i called and reminded as the issue was not resolved. Till evening 1900hrs the status is same and the customer executive is unable to help me with a proper answer. She tells everything from their part has been done and now its the technician who should do his task.
                                  Dear asianet could you pls tell me where does the fault lies, we needed to watch the news updates since the entire kerala is under flood threat.
                                  Now i think the fault lies in me as i opted for the asianet cable service, now its done with.. I am going to change my connection to any dish tv type.
                                  Enough is enough... Come and get your last bill amount and i dont want any of your people in front of me.

The customer service executive is of no use and online facility for complaint registration is not working. I would like to get my refund along with compensation for the issue faced.                                       Asianet broadband connection was terminated due to bill default. Bill payment was done on 04/08/2018 3.24 pm. On contacting customer care it was promised that connection will be restored within 24hrs. After repeated calls to customer care a complaint was lodged only at 10.47 am on 05/08/2018. Now they are seeking another 24 hours to clear complaint. Compensation is required in bill amount for no. Of days connection is faulty.
