Please refer to my earlier complaint id: 1283438 about asianet broadband connection not provided for more than two weeks despite the installation charges were collected. I am facing a similar issue with asianet digital tv connection.

Sub. Code is ag91009493 and ticket no. Is
Ag00073718, which was issued on 14/05/16. My tv shows no signal from modem for more than a week.

I am daily contacting your customer care and i was daily informed that the problem will be resolved today. But upto now, nothing has been done. Even today morning i have contacted your customer care and i was answered
The same.

Asianet service is very poor in trivandrum and specifically customer care is
Very very worst. I know some of my colleagues has also faced similar problems.

    I m in a very pathetic condition with ur internet connection as it fails to work atleast two days a week. I m so damn fed up but what to do d modem i bought for ur connection wrks only wid ur damn network. Whenever i call ur so called customer support they say there is a line problem and our technical team is after it. I get a message once they regiater the complain and den in a few hours they themselves decide that my problem has been resolvd and send another damn msg . and u ppl keep textin me on my mobile askin me to pay the bill on time. On what grounds r u askin to pay me the full amount when ur damn network fails to work 3 days a week. That too the network fails mostly in the weekends. When we need it most. Please do something about this or i will hav to take this to consumer court . hopin to find dis fixd in some time soon

        Very shame of asianet.I am a big fan of mylanchi little champions and i was eagerly waited to watch its grandfinale.but asianet dissapointed me.u cut most of the shotsof the grandfinale..even contestents performance.what is the use of playing the grandfinale i[censored] cut the performance.i think it is only for adjusting serials time.but if it was any other program or show u will replace the serial telecasting of that day.You are descriminating the religion.

        Asianet Satellite Communications — Speed loss

        I subscribed the asianet broadband internet connection in 1mbps speed. But i get only very slow speed connection and i had complained to their office. But there is no response from their side.

          I have paid installation charges for broad band connection on 25th April 2016 to Asianet, Trivandurm. I have not yet given broadband connection yet
          despite my repeated reminders and complain. I have been issued the ticket nos. TV91984607, WB19646, WB19754, WB19781 against my complain on
          various days.

          I am daily speaking with their customer care and every one promises that tomorrow the problem will be solved. It remembers the dialogue
          by Ganapthy to Sanieeswar bhavan, so he never capture Ganapthy.

            From october 2015 to january 2016 my cable connection has been disconnected without any memo. As per right to information act i already given 1 complaint to the designated in charge of edavanakkad office (Mr. Sunil) situated in vypin ernakulam district on 21st october 2015 and they didnt take any action or do not reply for the same above matter. And on 2015 due to some connection errors i called my local cable agent to check for the problem and finally they sort it out by cutting the thunder resistant device connection from the tv and give direct connection complaining me that the thunder resistant aid is causing problem for error of connection and by next month rainny season i lost my television even after using all precautionary devices like elcb & mcb which coast rs 60, 000 due to the irresponsibility of the cable local agent. On january 2016 i personally met mr. Janardhanan in palarivattom ernakulam office for the above complaint and he provided me with connection on same date and got disconnected again on 14/02/2016. Now from 14/feb/2016 the cable sevice has been again disconnected without any memmo and after two days i received an sms for the payement of rs 800. My subscription charges was 160 and illeagally they charged me 180 per month. So kindly take necessary action on these agents and my issue which i m not interested to pay till january the coast of rs 800 without using your service from oct to january. I already send many complaints to local agents and customer care who are irresponsible for taking any action for above reasons and even now they are refusing to attend my call by picking up the receiver and keeping it without any reply. You can check all my complaints which i submitted through local agent and customer care and u can even check my cable connection usage. Now i m fed up with your connection, local agent and customer care using no ([protected]) personnels. On 03/02/2016 they send me an sms that they have resolved the complaint by issuing me ticket number gi 00012768. So kindly consider my case seriously and take immediate action on this matter. I[censored] dont take any actions on next working day i will surely file a pettition to the consumer court for the penalty which caused heavy loss made by your asianet cable service, service providers and customer care by providing them with all the necessary proofs which judge my statement as truth. So kindly pls check my yearly advanced cash payments which i made it monthly due to all above irresponsible behaviours from all your side of asianentlocal agent. Pls note that i[censored] dont take any action within next working day i will surely take this matter to the public through all kind of available medias with proof.

            My self customer of asianet cable connection number gi91008438 has received a complaint resolved message in my phone number with ticket number gi00013152 on[protected] for the complaint which i registered with asianet for the disconnection of cable for not paying on the months of october 2015 to january 2016. So they reconnect me the connection as per the above complaint on this middle of january 2016 and again they disconnect 0n 08-march-2016. Now i got a messagee in my phone on 10-march-2016 for the payement of rupees 960. So now they are forcing me to pay for the months which i dont use the cable due to the disconnection which coasts 160 peer month from last october 2015 to march 2016. So kindly consider this complaint in a priority due to the irresponsible customer care offices/headoffice/district office and my local agents who did not take proper actions for my complaints which includes the complaint i submit to the local agent on 20-november-2015 with written complaint to reply for my complaint as per (Right to information act) which they dont reply yet.

              I have been making complaints on alternatives days due to the poor connection provided from Asianet. Network is disrupted on daily basis and while making a complaint they create a ticket and will be solved on next day morning, but the issue again comes on the same day evening. I'm really fed up with poor Asianet Dataline connection. If they aren't able to provide a good service then why are we paying a big amount when other local networks provide connection in a less amount.

                Here is a copy of the letter, I sent off to the CEO and Exec VP of Asianet, Dealing with the Peroorkada branch has been a nightmare.

                I have been an Asianet customer for more than 5 years, I enjoyed reasonably good service from your office in Kovalam. Since my move to Kurvankonnam, dealing with the Peroorkada branch customer service representatives has been an experience in frustration and aggravation. Last time it took 2 weeks for a technician to show up for a complaint resolution, the standard operating procedure seems to be, Call up the customer on the following day verify the address, and then promptly report the complaint as resolved. As the customer is unaware that the resolution has been reported, he/she has to go thru the whole procedure of placing a complaint again and again. This time around, I am still at round 1, knowing from experience that if I will not reach out to someone who can rectify this practice, I will be made to suffer for the next 2-3 weeks. Can someone in your offices reach out and help out a customer?. Depending on your action I will have to decide to retain Asianet, or switch to Satellite service.

                  sir, i have techincal Asianet broadband issue for 5 days .i contact the coustmer care and get a complaint number OT3381 and day i was contacting the customer care and daily they are sending different complaint numbers there is no response on my complaint.my broadband id is OT671, but i need to pay bill montly, "please don't take this type of internet connection"

                    I am a customer of your Hubli network and am very much fed up with your service.
                    From the beginning there has been not a single day that we have not complained about the quality of your network, the picture gets struck and then a message is displayed "Signal not Found" some times it says your "set top box is not authorized please contact customer care"
                    First of all your local cable person is poorly informed about your services and always tries to give false commitments and does not try to solve the issue. and then again there is your marketing guy Mr. Brahma who's number i got from the local cable operator, who says I am not responsible for the network i am the marketing guy you call the technical in charge, who in return asks me to contact the local cable operator.
                    Now as i have had enough of your network i want to go for separate dish that is TATA SKY or some other company and return my set top box.
                    Kindly arrange to return my money (Rs. 1500/- X 2 that is Rs.3000/-)

                      Hi Team,

                      I am a regular viewer of Asianet as we all as the child channels. The complaint is on telecasting the movies on weekdays.

                      The movies were telecast with lot of commercials very frequently which is more than the movie clips and moreover movies have trimmed because of the commercials. Then why the you people telecast the movies?

                      We know the definitely commercials are the backbone for telecasting but as a viewer but commercials are being dominant over the actual broadcasting.

                          I have applied for a Broadband unlimited plan for 830 . It is expected to provide me 3 Mbps.However, I am getting a speed which is less than 256 kbps. When I raised the issue the customer care told me they will send a technician to have a look into the issue in 24 hours buts its been 3 days the technician have not showed up and the issues still persists.Rang customer care again still the same answer "We will send a technician to your location in 24 hours."

                          I am quite impressed with the service.It is fabulous in Indian standards.

                                    On shifting my residence from Chennai to Palakkad, though I was having SUN TV HD connection, I preferred to avail an Asianet HD connection with the false hope that the services would be good. I had taken an Emerald connection by paying the fees upfront for one year. The connection was installed during August, 2015 with subscriber ID JA91035084.To my utter dismay, my LED TVs SMP board failed 3 times on connecting the set top box because of the power supply problem. Now I am not using HD.
                                    4 days back, on finding that some of the channels were abruptly I had requested Asianet to add Surya and Kiran. Instead of adding the channels, for the last 4 days I am not able to access any channels. Though I have been calling up the Customer Service daily, nothing has happened till now. The attitude of the customer service cell personnel is also very deflecting. Pathetic state of affairs.
