Subscriber ID-AG91003100 Complaint against-Asianet Satellite Communications Limited, Kariavattom, ezhakadavil House, near health centre pangappara, Thiruvananthapuram.Phone number[protected] Details I have gone to the above mentioned pangappara asianet satellite communication office on february end and raised the request to disconnect cable tv connection from march 1st onwards as I was going on my maternity leave. Request was raised orally to an agent who was stationed in the asianet satellite office in Pangapara . We had confirmed twice whether any written request or any mail communication was required for this. The agent confirmed that this is not required. (The name and details of agent who is based in pangappara can be provided if requested). We raised a request to cancel the net connection which is also of asianet at the same time. (For this we have mail communication proof for this disconnection as the Broadband officer specifically asked for a request) After this on March 1st week we received a phone call from asianet customer care asking for reason for the disconnection. The reason for disconnection was properly explained over phone.Again a similar came on the same month asking for the reason . This itself is a proof that the request was somewhere logged. In October when we went for reconnection we were demanded an additional bill of 1100(due of three months march, april and may, post which the connection was automatically disconnected). We were told that there is no proof of disconnection and there are no records available. We find this additional charge extremely unreasonable .We were acting based on the instruction of officers in asainet satellite communication office only . Also please not that we have never been a defaulter in paying the bills. Not sure why the asianet collection agents were waiting for 3 months when he already know there are nobody occupying the home. I am attaching herewith the bill copy where the collection agent marked the time of bill payment (6 months Sep to feb 2014) is marked . Phone number was also jotted down by the collection agent (on right top) when the request for cancellation was told to him. Please have look into this and ensure that justice is served to us.

      i am working as Manager in a nationalised bank in Kodungallur. On my rececent transfer to Kodungallur i have approached your local office at Kodungallur[protected] for a cable connection with set top box on 29.9.14. On my repeated requests the cable was laind on 01.10.2014. Due to pooja holidays i told them that i will be available only on saturday [05.10.2014]. It is informed that the the connection will be provided on 04.10.2014. As nobody has turned up i hv taken up the matter with your office ; 2806770; and yr toll free no [protected]. It was a worst experience with your toll free number and nobody has given a proper reply but only false assurances. Again on 06.10.2014 the matter was taken up and it was assured that the coonection will be given. But to my surprise nothing has happened; Again on tuesday 07.10.2014 i took up the matter and the same assurance nothing happened. All these days, i have waited long cancelling my pre occupation. It is disheartening that i have not been informed about their inability to provide the connection. I was not expecting such a bad experience from a reputed organisation like yours. Once your toll free people [a senior executive] is gone to the extent of disconnecting the phone. sir, you will agree with me that such approach will damage the reputation of an Institution.         Dear Sir, I am a subscriber of Asianet for more than 4 years under the area of Asianet Attingal.My name is .Mr. Nandakumaran Nair and my contact number registered with Asianet is [protected] as I don't remember my consumer ID Number.All these time my cable connection was renewed through collection agent this time also he called but not come.Since last Monday onwards my connection was found blocked, I checked with your customer care they told me that this is due to non remittance of subscription and it was done by their local office and ask me to contact them. Presently I am not in my home town only my family is in my home(wife & two kids) so I try to contact your people through phone so many time but no body took the phone. I am ready to settle my annual subscription but I can't able to contact any body of your staff. I never expect such a customer care service from a number one cable provider like Asianet. I am sorry to say, I am forced in search of some other cable provider to get a cable connection if I didn't get a solution for my complaint till end of this day .

Subscriber for Full channels HD One year subscription @ 6990/- made on 31.10.2013 valid till 31.10.2014. Payment receipt no 2013/1845254 from One Mr.Sooraj. From 5.9.2014, many channels are blackouts Eg 103(ACV), 105(Jai Hind), 108 (Media One), 112 (Prabhatham), 114 (Koumudhi), 115(Safari), 116(Today), 126 (ACV News), 127 (India Vision), 131 (DD4 ), 146 (Surya Music), 148 (Talkies), 427 (Al Jaziya), 460 (Movies Now), 470(World Movies) the list is not complete. I have booked complaints several times Your Ticket Nos are AA[protected].09.2014) & repeated on 06.09.2014, 07.09.2014, 08.09.2014, AA[protected].09.2014), repeated on 14.09.2014, 15.09.2014 & 16.09.2014. The complaint still not rectified. One of your service man visited us and told that a similar complaint is there from the flat below also and that the complaint is to the cable outside. The cable problem not yet rectified. As you know we have subscribed for full channels HD and not getting many channels is causing untold misery to people living in the house. Hope you will attend to the problem immediately and change your outside cable without delay if possible today itself.

              Frequent Internet Disconnection and Bad behaviour from customer support

              Hello, I am very annoyed with the Asianet Broadband Connection. They have an advertisement in TV showing uninterrupted Internet connection. I'M afraid they are totally lying. My Internet connection is interrupted every week. may be 4 or 5 time per week. And sometimes connection will be gone for 2 min and restored quickly, this will happen very frequently 5 or six times in a day. Most annoying part is customer care. Called them to...

              I am an asianet consumer and no dues outstanding.(The mistake I done was that I have paid 5 yrs subscriptions together on 20/08/2010) Now I have only 4-5 channels working and the rest freezed..I have registered my complaint with their customer care on 11/09/2014 and they given the ticket number as AA08044355. Simply they replied on 12/09/14 that the complaint resolved.Again I have given the complaint on 13/09/14. They gave another ticket numberAA08044416. Without rectifying the complaint again they replied that the complaint is resolved. So far the complaint is not resolved. This is a cheating towards me. Please do necessary.                 yes. having failed trying to pay the charges on line to avail discount, I had drive to all the way to your kottayam office. I paid the bill but with a sad feeling that i could not avail the discount of 3%. Why cant the site for paying the bill made more user freindly?.                       I am using asianet cable network for last four year, i am residing in neeramankuzhy near ooruttambalam, On 12th Aug i reported a compliant to your neyyattinkara office that my remote controll is not working properly.They said to me that their service men will check the compliant on today or day after tommorrow. Unfortunatly service men came to my home on 16.08.2014 only. They replaced the set box and problem will solved. From that day itself showing message on sceern that " you are not subscribe view this program please contact asianet customer care" . Again i reported compliant to this mobile number [protected] they said that they do every things properly and office staff can only active the modem they sent MAC number to ofiice. There is no progress in my compliant. Toady i called to this land number [protected] again i told all issues to them, they asked me to give MAC number again. i gave the number (mac no . 18550S50D7F )Even though there is no responce to againsy my compliant. So please help me to solve the problem.

                        Dear Sir,
                        I am a customer of Asianet for more than 15 years.My name is Dr.M.S.Mahadevan and my contact number registered with Asianet is [protected] because I don't remember my consumer ID Number.All these time my cable connection was renewed by Mr.Sujith, In charge of Asianet East Hill, Calicut. Last Friday on 8th Aug 2014 he called me to say that renewal date already on, immediately I have asked him to come and collect the money for next one year on 9th Aug 2014 morning itself, and paid the amount. This time as I was shifting to my newly purchased flat the address is 5A, Homeland Seagate Apts, P.T.Usha Road, Calicut 32. I have informed him on 8th Aug itself to make arrangements for shifting.and told him I will be shifting my family by 9th Aug 2014 and acoordingly I have already shifted. According to Sujith he has promised me that as soon as my shifting happens the cable connection will happen but since 3 days they are been bluffing that they are sending technicians and nothing was happened, Last evening some body visited from Asianet but after they connected the signal was not there and till now no body has turned to rectify the problem?I was keep trying Asianet Calicut and East hill most of the times they don't pick up the calls and some times when getting the calls immediately the phone is turned off, I have tried to contact Sujith several times he is also not responding to my calls, once he received my call and was bluffing that he is sending people, finally no results.If you want you can verify with Sujith on this number[protected], As I am working in Bangalore, There is nobody to follow up this issue and my family is extremely upset that even after paying Asianet there is no signal?
                        This is what bothering us as a customer of Asianet, your people were interested only collecting the money but when public wants to contact your office always the calls remains not answered or the line will be deliberately switched off to get rid of customers complaints.

                        Now I want to know whether you will take immediate action on this?If not please make arrangement to refund my money and let us close the chapter between us, and don't provoke me to take this issue to the consumer court by delaying it further.

                          you cant even provide a proper 20mbps service then how on earth are you going to provide 50mbps?.. I have been complaining since Jan 2014 that your service is poor and that the specified speed is not there, , please refund or make sure you can deliver as advertised . CN:70778

                            cable connection not working since saturday night -19/07/2014 till this tuesday night registered three times on line complaint as well as more than 12 telecalls from sunday paid around Rs. 7000/- in advance for three year subscription and got trapped for another 2 more years wonder where to go for help. thank god for the most (in)efficient customer service poor customer

                              During last weak i went for take new asianet connection from. I approach the branch located opposite to Paumala church main entrance. I went for take connection immediately but i get some bitter experience from the staff especially lady staff. She was not given clear answer for all my question. As the result i return to home with out take asianet digital connection. I think the staff were not suitable for this job. I am not the first person who get bad experience the staff. So Please give them warning or terminate the staff immediately.

                              Three days now no service from asianet.
                              After my complaint on 2nd June 2016 I contacted over phone about the problem. Then I got a reply that it may take two, three or more days to rectify the same. In the meantime I got sms msg that your complaint has been resolved as per our records. Thereafter I sent msg to various executives to solve my problem, all in vain.

                              No internet or wi-fi connection since 01/06/2016

                              I am consumer of Asianet Broadband connection. On 2nd June I have reported a complaint of not receiving wi-fi and internet. So far nobody attended to resolve my problem. Last saturday I sent reminder also to various complaint redress authorities of Asianet, all in vain

                                We shifted our residence from Paravoor (Kollam) to Kalakkode and we asked the corresponding officers on 20.06.14 to please do the shifting procedures . we called the asianet cable T.V office in Paravor, a lady repiled that they have another work today, so the service men will come tomarrow.
