I have never seen such a horrible serial in my life. They are insulting almost every community they can find. First I would like to talk about how they portray the main character Kalyani as this big pure perfect girl that every girl should aspire to become when in reality, she is a stupid non-educated person who cannot even take decisions for herself and has no sense of self respect or dignity. On top of that she cannot talk, and the serial makers have got a chance to insult differently abled people as people who are good for nothing and that they don't deserve anything. They also insult the LGBTQ+ community by calling a mentally challenged male as "anum pennum kettavan" which means gay. Serials are something that families watch, and small children are watching this. They are injecting such toxic thoughts into the minds of the children who are going to be the future citizens of India. This serial is so stress inducing and I am absolutely disgusted by the fact that garbages like this are being allowed to air in Kerala. I request the serial to be removed from the TV. Please a strong action needs to be taken against this.

The main character Kalyani has undergone a huge change. She has a good job now, making her financially stable and is also more bold. Still not perfect, but way better.

    CA91024995 facing an issue of surge current from the Asianet HD set top box.Because of this unwanted SURGE CURRENT from the HD set top box our TV motherboard was burnt completely.As the service engineer confirmed this happened because of surge current from the HD SET TOP BOX, Asianet is not ready to address the issue and service my TV and STB

      The background scores in all the serials are ear splitting spoiling the listening pleasure! Why can’t the serial producers reduce the volumes of the background scores, so that the dialogues are given more prominence?

          I hv observed that all the female voices are the same in all serials..tThis is so pathetic...

          Kanumbol verum.bore anh..feel so cheap watching Asianet..it has lost its value..

              I took the Internet Connection in 2019. The initial promise from the representative was around 3 Months time frame upgradation to a proper Fiber Connection.

              I left the process during the 2020 COVID Time. But from the Month of September I have been in constant contact to implement a High Speed Broad band connection in my area.

              One set of representatives tells the area is not feasible at all. Another set responds with 3 Months timeframe.(Initially). For a better connection speed with existing line, i upgraded the Modem, but that process also took a time in tune of 2 Months. I received the new Model in November 2020 only.

              It has to be duly noted that, In October, 2020 (Last Week). Fiber connection cabling work was processed in the Area. Even after the completion of the Fiber Cabling no connection has been provided in the area(still customer care responds with not feasible area, even after cabling completion).

              A second part of the customer care when contacted responds with, the cabling is not yet completed and it will take 1 more month for the line to be active.

              There is a lot of discrepancies in the communication. The existing connection is dead slow and is disrupting the work life in the present COVID situation. Also, note the cabling work there is no manual work seen and the cabling work seems to be completed. The existing connection is also facing frequent outages. There is no respite in the payment processing and Bill dates !

              Kindly intervene to resolve the issue.

                The role of Sidharth is that of a very shameless person. Please change his role to that of a more decent person. His mothers role is also horrible, who supports her sons shameless activity. It is not possible to find son And daughter like Anand and Sheetal, who see nothing wrong in their fathers shameless activities. Please change the story line to a more credible and decent one.

                  This serial gives a very much bad advice to society. Why this kind of toxic messages are delivering to the audience through this serial. The characters especially Ananya, Tanuja, Bharat, Swapna are giving bad morals to people who are watching this. This serial also promotes violence and sometimes such bad dialogues are also used. Please take immediate action against this.

                    Connection requested on 8th September 2020.
                    Cabling is done on the same day ( I was very impressed with the speed of this action and even told him it's very great).
                    Now that's it, the good story ends there. After several follow-up calls another guy finally came with a modem on 14th September. I paid INR 2620 as a security deposit and other charges. He said the connection would be up by evening. It never happened.
                    After I got tired of following up with them for the connection, I took JioFiber on 19th September where Jio guys did the complete work within 2 days. I got a connection within 48 hours. I told the same with Asianet Customer care over a call. She said okay, they will cancel the connection and refund the money. Now it's the 16th of November, that cheaters didn't refund yet.

                    After several follow-ups, on 30th September, a person called me and asked to send an email to their helpdesk email, ( who never helps or even care). Got an automated response after 2 days. No progress.

                    This guys needs to be followed up 2-3 times every time to even send a templated response. Meantime, I started getting bill alerts on my phone.

                    I feel like this is gonna be long. I will just attach the email conversation. One time they say their will come and pickup modem, then when followup, they say I need to go go their office and submit. Finally one guy came on 30th October and took back the modem and ensured the payment will be refunded to my bank. I have shared my bank details already two times to thier email.
                    Till now, they havent refunded the money and stopped to responding to my emails as well.

                    Finally Im glad thay the connection never worked. If it ever worked, I can imagine the hassle that will be on my head for ever. Thank you Asianet broadband.

                      I am using a connection which they claim is 125mbps and unlimited data but the speed is barely 20-30mbps and also has huge ping spikes of 200-460ms.
                      Tried contacting customer care in veil they just give excuses and false information trying to justify their side.
                      Very Bad Experience from support Team.

                      Overall they claim high speeds and give by mediocre speed and service.

                        When taking the broadband connection the sales executive promised me 199 plus tax plan of 10mbps speed and fup 1mbps after 1st month of connection. they charged me total of 2500 including first month subscription and installation charge. but no one asianet have knowledge about the plan. i contacted asianet customer care, nodal officer and many others, but still no positive response. i just asked them to change my plan to unlimited 399 plan, they are asking me for extra 2500rs. how can it be fair to charge me 2500 extra by selling me the product with false information. i felt like cheated and the customer care and the asianet executives are least bothered about my concerns.

                          Ammayariyathe is an Indian television soap opera drama that's airing on Asianet since 22 June 2020 at 7.30 PM IST. There's a character called Mahadevan played by Mr.Boban Alummoodan. My complaint is against the said character's certain recurring dialogues looking down on mental health and people with mental illness. His constant derogatory language and views against mental health not only encourage the stigma against mental illness, but it also works against what Mental Health Day and organizations like Live Laugh Foundation have been trying to do by reducing the stigma in the society. His character repeatedly tells others that only people with mental illness and disorders will act out of place especially whenever he encounters the heroine's confusing actions.The portrayal of mental health even seemingly in this serial is therefore harmful and should be strongly warned against.

                            I ahve been deprived of my internet connection since two days..even now when I am writing this. I took this new connection last week after paying 6 months rental in advance..about fifty call calls were made and no response from them.the guy who gave me the connection said he can do nothing and he don't have a technical team in his office. Crooks!

                              Please reschedule badai banglaw telecasting from 10 pm to 9 pm as early as possible. Formerly it was at the 9 pm till last Monday. That timing is convenient for the viewers whose favourite programme it is. But asianet telecasting another reality show bharthakanmarude sredhak which has lowest rating especially comparing to BB.. Please reschedule it to 10

                                I am using a 100mbps connection from Asianet broadband which apparently has been giving only half the speed promised and also in the past 21 days i have been constantly complaining about the unstable state of their connection and no action has been taken so far. I am paying for a 30 day plan and out of this 30 days more than half of the days have gone to waste with their unusable connection. This connection has made me suffer during my online classes and tests. They should compensate for the loss that happened due to the constant ignorance of their staff members and I want to get this problem with my connection fixed as soon as possible. Please inquire with me after they say they solved the issue because most of the time in past the didn't solve the issue and simply closed the complaint.

                                The speed have been terrible and as low as 400-500kbps.I even mailed to their head of customer care Radhika Subramanian at [protected]@asianet.co.in but they didnt take up my calls and also not responded.

                                How can they charge me for using such a useless connection? Screenshots of speedtest attached below.

                                disconnection issue fixed. Ethernet speed now is 85-91mbps. Wifi speed is 30-35mbps.

                                  Why asianet set box to require replacement, why can't repairable???
                                  Why such expenses customer's should bear for the unused setup box.

                                      Shifting of connection

                                      I have registered a request for shifting of broadband connection (TV121309)
                                      But even after repeated calls to customer care and emails nothing happened. It's after one week and now I think of disconnecting the service. Very pathetic customer care....

                                      Hi,
                                      I've been using asianet broadband for last 4 years. During the pandemic I needed to frequent access to a VPS in Netherlands . speeds to most Europe servers are really low ~20 - 30 Mbps only, but still there few with full speeds . I assume this could be a issue with routing. I never got speeds above 30(best case) ( I even tested this at 2am). ping is not my main issue but the speeds I'm getting. Its just 5 to 15% of what i pay for.

                                      currently I'm only getting ~5 - 15 Mbps (upload or download, both slow) to http://lg.nl.ramnode.com/ ramnode Servers while paying for 125Mbps connection.

                                      So, could your network team fix this with better routing to Netherlands or to this host( http://lg.nl.ramnode.com/ ).

                                      TLDR; better routing to http://lg.nl.ramnode.com/ OR to my VPS
