My name is kt thomaskutty a physically challenged man. I have asianet cable for more than 2 years. The quality is so bad that we are unable to see any channels. I have complained to the local vendor, called the asianet customer service but the problem is not solved. I have made a advance payment for the entire year. The operator told there was a issue with the box. I replaced it with new one gave rs 800 extra for this but it has the same issue. A video cannot be attached due to the size but i will upload on youtube and share the link if needed for your reference.
