Asianet Satellite Communications — charged me for a new set top box even when have already paid for annual maintenance of the set top box | |||
Asianet digital is mistreating their customers by charging for the replacement settop box even after the annual maintenence charges for the settop box being paid. In particular my case even when the charges for the annual maintenece for the settop box being paid for the amount of 425 on 25th may 2019, they charged me for the replacement box on 20th august 2019 for a faulty box without informing me and debited the amount from my account. After calling the customer care several time and visiting their office they were not agreeing to the charges on my account and asked me to pay monthly subscription and was not open to the fact that the charged me an amount for the replacement of the box. They are cheating customers in the name of annual maintenece charges and witout communicating to customer about the charges of the replacement settop box. Was this information helpful? | |||
