Sir, I had registered a complaint in asianet sattellite communications on 1st october 2019, in connection with the problem of asianet set top box ie box was complaint and no picture shown. So i registered the complaint. At that time they give a token no. Ad0079373. On 4th october 2019 a service technician came to my home and told me the box was complaint and we will give you another box at that day and taken the complaint box. But we didn't get any new box. Today is 7th october 2019 till now they didn't called me or installed new box. Please take any necessary action about my complaint Regards Kumaran nair.
