I've been contacting customer care for like the past whole week for a single complaint which is highly annoying for me. I've been contacting them for resolving my high ping and loss issue, and after everything their reply is just "sir, we've registered you're complaint and will fix this problem within 24 hrs" and this problem hasn't been fixed yet even after 168 hour. This is so annoying, feels like they are making a fool out o[censored]s. I hope this will consumer complaint would be fixed asap..
All that they say is "sir, you're problem is due to the crisis of flood issues that where happening around our area.." i won't agree with this excuse because my neighbor and my friends who's using lan network and my lan cable both are connected together and they receive their connection without any problems, so why would they try to get these lame excuses and keep unsatisfying their consumers
