Worst customer Service.

A employee from Asianet office, Ijinkal called bad words
His name is Pradeep, a field worker.
Called from Mobile Number : [protected]
He wants us to pay money because some employees/associates came home & has pulled a wire for Optical fibre.
Not provided connection/even modem.
We have not used even a single MB

We are staying in a apartment. There mobile network signals are low. So the apartment owner made a suggestion to take a asianet optical fibre internet commonly for the whole apartment.
The asianet customer agents came home . Gave 2 hours long class on the wonderful offers of internet service.
It was a common amenity for the apartment,
We didn't require the connection, so we just said we will revert

The asianet people came last weekend to home & pulled off a wire to the apartment.
They themselves came and did all these.

We had not made any confirmation as to we require a connection.
We were yet to decide since the packages are very expensive.

Since the day they pulled the wire (alone, no modem, no connection yet), they kept calling like continously for a payment of the wire pull off as 1500/-

I donot understand how we have to pay them for this.

At last this person who said he is Pradeep (not sure if real name) came up to the level of threatening and called bad words like a real Gunda .

Really horrible expereince with asianet.
Never expected this level of misbehavior.
