Asianet Satellite Communications Ltd — Late receipt of bill | |||
I think, asianet is playing a dirty trick to extract extra money from the subscibers. For the last few months i have been receiving their bill only two days before due date. I received their bill dated 1/02/2015 on 14th february(Second saturday) after-noon . Due date of the bill is 15th february, sunday. In any case, you cannot make cash payment through post office on these days and you are forced to pay late payment charges. I fail to understand, what on earth prevents these people in sending the bills to customers sufficiently early, at least one week before due date. Either it is an intentionally done dirty trick or gross apathy to customer service. Let them remember they can fool some people but not all people all the time. Time will come when they will grieve for their apthy to customer service. Was this information helpful? | |||
