[Resolved]  Asianet Satellite Communications Ltd. — Not Working

I am Praveen S Kurup, a user of Asianet Broadband customer ID KT23747. Today the 5th day still my problem is not resolved. Everyday I call the customer centre they told it is an IP problem, and they will assure me that it will be done in 5minutes.Still not resolve the problem. Asianet customer centre has no Toll Free number. To call the customer centre, not get the Customer executive directly, 10 or 15 minutes holding then connect to Customer executive. To get the customer assistance, customer will pay.
