Iam not getting internet service since 3 days.
i had called customer care and registered complaint several time,
no technicians have came or checked the line,
i have called and checked with customer care for about 20 times.
no use everytime they are telling they have forwarded the issue
i dont know why iam paying monthly charge for this kind of ignorance .
i haven't got a callback from higher authority which i request for these 3 days several time
this network issue is not a new issue i have registered complaints several time for getting fixed
for more than 3 months several times i wanted to call customer care for just access my service
