Asianet Satellite Communications — No actions taken after multiple complaints filed(packet loss issue). | |||
Asianet claims to be the No: 1 internet service provider in Trivandrum, unfortunately they show no qualities for such claims whatsoever. I play multiplayer games everyday, and by 7 or 8pm i am getting packet loss around 20 %- 40% regularly by the same time, some times even during day time. What troubles me the most is that i have mentioned the issue to the customer care innumerable number of times and most of them have no clue what 'packet loss' even means. I tried escalating the complaint to the nodal officer (Ranjith)in my region(Trivandrum, Eenchakkal) and he never picks up the call, i got his number from the official website of Asianet complaints and customer care. After 6 months or more he finally picks up the call and i explained things to him. He gave unconvincing reasons and before i could even clarify the issue properly he hung up on me, and when i tried to contact again he did not respond. No matter how many times i reached out to them, they dont care about their customers interests. Was this information helpful? | |||
