We have not had cable tv services of acv since last wednesday. A complaint was made under ticket number hb00102416 but to no result. It’s vacation for the kids and no tv at this crucial time means a lot of trouble for us. We are at irinjalakuda. We have already paid advance payment for the cable rentals. Kindly help us resolve the issue and get us a compensation for the loss.

Updated by Karthiayini We had registered a complaint on no service on wednesday under ticket number hb00102416 but the issue has not yet been resolved. It has been almost a week and the response on the complaint is very poor. Please get it rectified and provide a compensation at the earliest. Or else please get it disconnected and help us get a new connection. We have already paid advance payment of our cable charges
