From 1st oct not getting fowers channel picture in my tv[digital] and i contacted asianet customer care [protected] at about 09/30 and talked to lady carer who collecte3d deconsumer codetails he92007855 set t0p box no:- nsc n[protected], rs 5000 advance subscrtion paid for on23/02/;2019 asked to provide. After verifying assured immediate restoration. Nothing seen done again contacted same number, repeated the whole procedure and that carer assured immediate restoration sending techenition. Nothing happened. Next came oct2nd.in the evening again called and asked to ensure restoration duly notifying higher ups if necessary. Nothing happened. Today thrice at long long intervals calles to my wife"s mobile came[[protected]]enquiring state and asking to keep tvon. Btill now none came or restored the beauty is in my adjoining apartment all channels are getting on all these time. So i vehementally demand a clean ande clear service duly taking up those plays mischief. V b s menon79 year old and a customer to asianet for the last 25 and odd years.
