Asianet Satellite Communications — no response for billing issue

I am charged with a higher bill amount. They automatically upgraded my plan and. When i asked to retain old plan they have done it after multiple requests. When the bill was issued they charged half days for upgraded plan (Which was upgraded without my knowledge) and half for old plan. So the bill is on higher side than usual.
