Asianet Satellite Communications — not able to view the paid channels - very bad service from asianet digital | |||
I have made the channel selection on feb 3rd (Ahead of the said date) but not able to view the paid channels of my choice. Asianet has been displaying channels which are not of my interest and choice. It seems disgusting when we have made the payment and we are not getting the service for more than a week. Instead they are showing some other channels in other languages. My time and money is wasted and the asianet authorities are not even responding to my calls/complaints which i raised and escalated to the nodal officer as well. Now the packs which i have selected is being replaced with some channels of asianet's choice which is very shocking. Please help me in either getting my money back or would want the channels of my choice to be displayed. Was this information helpful? | |||
