I am a suresh asianet cable consumer subscriber I'd AA91049602 .I had paid the bill of January in January itself.But it is not updated on the asianet site. And it shows pending amount. That I already paid.i had registered a complaint through customer care after 2 days they are saying following up following up.Because of this I can't even select the pack.I can't even see the channels.I had contacted enchakkal asianet agent.He said he cannot update it online because staffs are in protest. Update my already paid January bill in online as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
