Asianet Satellite Communications — Regarding net issue

I am a subscriber of Asianet Broadband (CN165563) residing at Thiruvankulam area. During the month of September, I have activated a plan of 4000GB for 4 months, because of work from home nature of our jobs. But soon remote working has been changed to regular company timings, which drastically reduced our internet consumption ( only below 300GB) for 4000GB plan.

But Automatic renewal of the same has been made without any prior information, which came to my notice only after the pop-up message of "4760Rs for another 4 mnths. "

So, Please inform the customers regarding the auto-renewal plan prior to the deadline. I tried to contact your team the first day itself, but was not successful. It was during this time additional charges were being imposed from your side.
I had conversations with 4-5 customer representatives, whom ensure me a call back, which end up in just words only.
But bill amount was been sending regularly to mobile despite of a conversation. If enquired, the representatives are claiming that they can't do anything nor provide any number of those concerned persons who are sending mails.

Also at the time when I opted for the plan, they told me that an amount of 160Rs will be automatically credited to my account. But later, only when the cable TV operators called me, I came to know that further some procedures are pending to credit the amount.

It's very disgusting that such an act happen from your side in such a pandemic conditions; feel as if you won't value your customers needs.

So plz understand customer needs and priotise them for your long run.

Thanks for your interest shown in this matter. However, it's almost 10 days, and nothing has been done further in this regard.
Recently asianet cable operators called, telling to settle the dues. While activating broadband plan of 4000GB, an amt of 160rs( digital connection), was assured to be credited to my account, each month. If so there would be balance in my account and no pending dues will be there.
Don't know what happening, rather customer representatives are not aware of the scenario.
Kindly take this in to matter and settle as soon as possible.
May I know, when will be able to hear from your side.??
