Asianet Satellite Communications — tv no picture

I am a subscriber for asianet communication and my sub. No. Ga9201182 and compaint no. Ga01209356 complaint on 20/11/2017. No response from them after reminds and after mail to regional manager kochi. Please take stern action as i am an advance subscriber and paid up to 31/03/2018. My mental strain and physical strain is very high. My family is very much annoyed. Please make us pleasantable atmosphere in my home

It have been 2.days yet cmplaint is not.fixed..even local.office is not attending d phone.. not.taking.any action...we have.to watch ucl.semifinal.tonight..wht we will.do? Its over 2days.. worst service
