Asianet Satellite Communications — very poor customer care | |||||
My id no. Is gb91005394. I have always experienced very poor service from your asianet cable aluva section. Registered complaint since 4days, still no action taken.. This is not the first time i am going through this problem.. When we call customer care they give a stupid recorded like message. Your complaint has been sent to local office.. It will be solved soon. When i ask anything more they just disconnect the call.. Let me tell your service is really bad Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have already requested to cancel my broadband connection 2 months before, and still i am getting the bills. I haven't used internet for 2 months, and why am i getting the bills still ? Please do a needful action on this.
