Asianet Satellite Communications — Very poor service | |||
I am using asianet internet for a long time almost a year. Whenever i faced issue, they did a timely resolve. Unfortunately for last couple of months that is not the case. 1. The internet plan is upgraded to 399 without my consent and they send a sms saying the speed is 25 mbps, however the actual speed hardly crossed 15 mbps. 2. Moreover there was a referral bonus showed in their website, which i did six months back, and when i inquired they said the bonus will be deducted after three months of the referred person registration. Its almost six months i never got any call or update on the referral bonus. The referred person is also getting poor internet speed. Due to this, it had impacted my relation with the person. The reason for posting it here is bcoz, we both contacted the asianet broadband helpline many many times and very recently, i got a call, once, however there is no convincing answer on the issues mentioned above. My request is please be professional on the work and be on the customer promise. All i need is 1: restore the internet speed 2. Give me my claim bonus for referral Was this information helpful? | |||
