But customer service and after sales service is pathetic, worse. Worse and worsttttttttttt

I buy shoes of about 7500 but in sale i pay 4500 for it.
After a month i found that its pasting from upper and sole was getting offf

I complaint to them and they attend very well
After resolving they said that you can get only product which lies in your payable amount
But whyyy i buy only that shoe coz its of 7500 and i am getting in 4500 now they sell me cheap product in sale, whts my fault in it

As per shopping exp exhnage which comes in quality issue. That should be mrp to mrp of product
I said them where is my fault i buy product i. Sale because i cant afford it as fresh they said that its none o[censored]s issue. And will adjust only payable amount and rest you have to pay

Then i tell them that i[censored] wana reimbuse the same amount then give me time till the sale come again

They said no you have to buy product before[protected]

They did cooperate with me single percent they are big cheat

But after lots of conversation on email they did not support there customer

I request you allll that i[censored] are seeking for after sale service then do not go to asics
Then go to brands like

Timberland
New balance
Skechers
Adidas pro or any other high end brand
Coz asics is gud brand but they are more than worst in after sale service
