Faulty product leading to health issue

I purchased two sports shoes with reference to invoice 16089 dated 31-03-24 The men sports shoes is not comfortable at all. I wore it just two times and within 15 mins my feet and leg start paining. Due to this I am not able to use it. When I used it for the first time I thought it may be temporary however on second time also same problem happened and my feet and leg started paining.

I have recently Purched a New Skecher Arch Fit men with Goodyear sole.
In the second day of wear the inside padding of the back side of sole is so out and is hitting the feet from inside, it is very painful and has made the feet swollen.
The issue is in the right shoe,
I bought this shoe through Myntra.com
I have complained about it to them so many times no response
Please help me

    Faulty Product Causing Health Issues

    I have made a shoe purchase on[protected] from Sketchers Exclusive Retail Shop in Dahisar Miraroad Mumbai. The shoes was purchased without any discount and offer. At the point of sales i have been told that shoes shall take feet shape using it multiple times and there wont be any issues. Shoes costing was 5999/-.       D/Sir, I have purchased a pair of BKW Go Walk / Distance walker shoe on 22.10.2023 vide Inv.No. C01/FCM/12634/Oct/23 dated 22.10.2023 from DLF Mall of India, Sec.-18, Noida, District-GB Nagar (UP) on payment of Rs.12, 999/- . This purchase was made on recommendation of sales executive of the skecher's company as i was experiencing lower back pain and i paid such costly and after investing so much amount of money, i expect a decent quality shoe.
      After using the shoe for a couple of days, the inner cushioning of the shoe was damaged and seems like a very poor quality shoe. The same question was asked by me while purchasing the shoe about the wear and tear duration, which was suggested that this shoe will support for a couple of years, and the company offered a guarantee of 1 year
      I have been using a pair of shoe of NIKE brand and have never faced any problem of this kind for the past 6 years o[censored]sage of that shoe. The images and videos of the same has also been attached.

      Please look into this as this kind of quality is not expected from a renowned brand like skechers

        A month ago, I purchased Sports shoes from Skechers India from its Kharar Outlet in Punjab. I am so disappointed with the product as they got damaged within a month o[censored]se. The upper layer of both the shoes got cracked as shown in the picture provided below. I wish to get a full refund or exchange according to the policy of the company.             Skechers case No. 00481987 i purchased a pair of shoes on 20 March 2023 from Mochi shop Gorakhpur in replacement of the one purchased in November 2022. In both the problem occurred in inner wall of the shoe when contacted the customers care team tmrejected the claim on the ground of Skechers return policy and warranty of the product where as this is a case of manufacturing defect arising due to the poor quality of the material used.
            Customer care team has its own battery limits for taking the suitable action now whether Skechers management will take a suitable action for redressal of my grievances.
            Skechers must take a note that such problems creates a bad brand name in the market if such problems arise in products. At this point warranty and return policy do not support escaping the responsibility and customer sees the satisfaction in all aspects . Otherwise it's better to purchase low range shoes, use them for six months or one year and replace them with new one instead of purching high cost shoes and getting setback within six months

              Dear Team,

              I bought slippers on 1st Nov 2022 and started using them in like January 2023.. In June this year my slippers top layer got shrunk, which I have never seen before in even in local slippers which hardly cost few hundred rupees.. I bought Skechers slippers looking at the brand and it is my worst experience with slippers shopping .. Felt so bad wasting money on this product.. Had been better to buy some other brands slippers.. Please find attached the picture of so called branded slippers and resolve the issue by either replacing them or refund .. Expect speedy and some satisfying response from your side.. If required please let me know I will send the invoice also and the mail correspondence with them. Customer care registered my case with reference, Case Number :[protected]

                I have bought Skechers shoes for my kid. It got badly torn within 5months. She hardly wore them 3 times as they are party wear. Please look into it and kindly replace them with new ones.

                  Dear Team,

                  I have a complaint regarding my shoes which was bought from Skechers website on[protected] and within 9 months the upper mesh of the shoes got torn out and from inside the cloth also torn out as well which is very bad on their quality.

                  Skechers shoes customer bought for it's quality and paid higher price from other brands but while paying higher price still shoes not last long for more than 7-8 months is of no sense.

                    Purchased a go run ride 10 shoe of price rs 13000 at discounted price rs 9000 from a Authorize dealer of Skechers at patna bihar. after use of few months noticed a crack/hole which I ignored but later its no increases and now many damaged spot on both the shoe. Purchased on 22 nov 2022. attaching the invoice and pic of shoe.
                    Using Skechers shoe from many years but never get this type of quality issues earlier. Such a reputed company so pl take it seriously

                        Dear Sketchers and Company,
                        We had purchased blue colored sketchers from our Myntra.com in November 2022. The condition of the sketcher has gone bad in not even a year. The shoes has only been used for brisk walking and no other use. If we use it more the condition could worsen.

                        Please help us find a solution to the problem. The effective solution to the problem from our side would be repairing it or exchanging it as soon as possible.

                              I am extremely frustrated and a disappointed customer for the service as displayed by the Store Manager - Vishal Sharma (as he told me his name) and the other personnels in Skechers showroom in Shipra Mall in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Here is the existing case number[protected] of my complaint as raised with the store. You should fire the store manager with immediate effect!

                              Please find attached the Photos of a Slipper that I bought for my mother on 12th April 2023, within a week or so after using it IN THE HOUSE only, the slipper had its skin coming off from one of them (as displayed in the pics as attached). I took them to the store immediately and had to wait for over 10 days for a resolution, with no proactive response from the Store for over 10 days, I kept visiting the showroom a couple of times, this was very annoying and frustrating for me as a customer. As of yesterday, when I again visited the store, the store manager simply told me that the exchange of the product request with a new one has been declined by the Skechers CX team. The manager Vishal was extremely rude and poor in customer service and stayed simply nonchalant as if nothing happened, he was absolutely reluctant in getting me the resolution.

                              This was the first time I spent almost 10K for buying any product from Skechers, I WILL NEVER BUY EVER AGAIN and raised a complaint on the Consumer Forum and will also go on social media, let the rest of the world know, how you guys cheating your customers and not willing provide a stellar customer experience for bought products, which turned out to be defective within a week of its purchase.

                              I need an exchange of my product with a brand new one, SIMPLE! My mother is 60+ yrs old and never wore that slipper outside the house, it was all worn inside the house only. I am looking for an immediate resolution and exchange of the slippers or a full refund with harassment as a compensation, if not solved within the next few days, I am going to file a complaint in the court of law for your unlawful treatment of selling defective products to your customers.

                                These shoes are premium shoe from a fresh pair and not from the sale. Still the inner mesh is torn due to poor quality within a very short period.

                                    I recently purchased a beige pink shoes on 9th Dec 2022. After a usage of 20 days they were washed & to my horror the pink inside material has stained the beige mesh of shoes. I have been trying to coordinate with Skechers via Customer call service & email but they keep replying they cant replace my pair because their quality team doesn't find it to be quality issue but in response email they are saying they will take care in future about quality & feedback.
                                    I had spend 3800 rupees for my comfort not to serve as a Guinee pig for a company
