Skechers not picking up shoes after confirmation of return

I had purchased shoes vide order number SOP00584941 Rs.3, 499/- on 03/12/2025. It was delivered on 6.12.25 and I raised a return request on 7.12.2025. They create a return order on 7.12.2025. The courier did not collect the shoes on 8.12.25 as they needed to verify a 16-digit code which was not put on the package for returning the shoes. The shoe box and outer packaging have been kept intact as received. We are not aware of this requirement...

Faulty product leading to health issue

I purchased two sports shoes with reference to invoice 16089 dated 31-03-24 The men sports shoes is not comfortable at all. I wore it just two times and within 15 mins my feet and leg start paining. Due to this I am not able to use it. When I used it for the first time I thought it may be temporary however on second time also same problem happened and my feet and leg started paining.

Faulty Product Causing Health Issues

Go walk 6 - shoes footwear

Purchased Go Walk 6 shoes on[protected] already Insoles has worn out & holes appeared - in a span of 3 months only.
I have written to the company but they replied saying the defect may be due to usage - this is unacceptable as the shoes are used only for walking. It's shocking to hear that the company is blaming the damage due to usage as stated in their mail. Insole gets worn out within three months of purchase of a Shoe costing Rs.6500/-...

Walking shoes get holes in 95 days

Cheap quality shoes with no durability at all. I purchased a pair of walking shoes and within 3 months and few days, the shoes started developing holes in the upper part of the shoes. I raised the issue (Ticket No. 264062) to the customer care but all Ms. Anita Tevar from customer care had to say is that the claim is rejected by quality assurance team. I don't understand why it takes thirteen days for your company to deliver the product whereas on your website it said the product will be delivered within seven working days before I placed the order you should work on your logistic part in thirteen days I suppose shoes from the USA will also get delivered this is the first and the last time that I am buying from you guys very annoying...

Replacement of Sketcher Shoe due to manufacturing/material fault

Non receipt of refund amount or product

I have ordered two products - shoes online on 17th Jan. I have recieved only one out of them on 25th Jan. Till date neither I have received refund of Rs 3299 nor the shoes. When I called customer care, had to wait for 20mins to speak to cc rep. And she told refund will be processed in 2 to 3 days. And it's been 5 days and till date I didn't receive. No revert to mails or calls....

Poor quality (peel off the sole)

Sole was pealed off from the shoe within the use of four month time. Skechers is world class brand but the quality of the shoe is very poor. Disappointed product from sketchers....
