I have purchased 3 books from askmebazaar.com on 13April 2015 paying online .Only one mail i got stating payment is success with order id . After that I didnt get any shipping details . I called 10 times then i pay mobile bill 200 Rupees, worst customer service I have ever seen, they dont know any information about my shipping for almost 10 days .Then one custamesr care say to me your area address and pincode was not servicable then convence to askmebazaar custmer please chane my new addres then that person change my address and pincode but But that person give Requst Number -(QRC387579, QRC387582, QRC387585) they have not shipped my orders but that person says 2 to 3 hours Your order shiped by our courrier but not shiped that they says your order will Recived within 5 days but didnt get my orders (askmeBazaar Order id are AB2342848, AB2343535, AB2343644) Register Mob No [protected]. Someone please help me to get my product.

I have spoken to ask me bazaar customer care, they only say they are going to return back with in 15days, but fortunately they don't do anything, they are just simply lieing, my personal experiance I have spend more then 100 rupee on speaking to there customer care, but no use.
I request you to kindly proceed for an immediate action for this company . because I have seen may complaint's against with same subject what I have been facing.

Didn't get followup after Complaint of product not working.

MI Powerbank Fails to recharge for one complete cycle

MY ORDER NO (AB[protected]MI Power Bank.The MI Power bank is not able to provide 2.5 cycles(Not even 1 cycle properly).It fills only 40%(roughly) of battery and then all the power is drained.

Wrong delivery of product

This is regarding to wrong delivery of product of COMBO OF 5 VSI SLIM FIT CASUAL SHIRTS. i have booked the order id is AB11484133P4321730 with the size of XL but u have delivered the wrong order id which was AB11484047P4321729 which size is L. i have compliant against it on same day of delivery but still i have not recieved any solution.

I had given a order of Samsung Power Bank through ask me bazar website and paid the amount through my credit card. Order ID is AB2193897. When I received power bank, i was completely surprised and shocked. The power bank which I received is fake and not make of Samsung. Tempering done with Power Bank and Samsung is written over something else at power bank. This is the matter of high concern and cheating with your valuable customers. Will you take serious action on this ? I will take this forward upto consumer court also.

I have bought Xiomi Power Bank : Order no. AB2316436 & complaint no. QRC404187. I received the product yesterday. I found the product duplicate. So when called with my complaint, I was told to refer website rules and regulation para 9.2 in which complaint needs to be filed with in 48hours. I was lucky as I explain, the product i received yesterday only & so he needed to take my complaint. But this people are selling all duplicate items & has rules to ignore complaints.
