I want to return my order #BS42138, there is no option of return on website. when i am requesting on email id [protected]@blackstitch, in no one is reverting

For not doing service of fan but taken charge for that

This is to inform you that as I have talked with customer care executive o[censored]sha home appliance for giving me information regarding details of the service centre for wall fan o[censored]sha as on 05-06-14 so the executive gave me the address of k.d infotect as the the regestered dealer authorise o[censored]sha & gave all details of that. Than i called to k.d infotech & the worker came to my add where it is to be servisied. but first time he visited...
