This is to inform you that as I have talked with customer care executive o[censored]sha home appliance for giving me information regarding details of the service centre for wall fan o[censored]sha as on 05-06-14 so the executive gave me the address of k.d infotect as the the regestered dealer authorise o[censored]sha & gave all details of that. Than i called to k.d infotech & the worker came to my add where it is to be servisied. but first time he visited he told me that there is a fault in the part & it is to be changed but suddenly he also told me to gave him service charge for visiting i.e 150 rs. from that day till today he never came & dont picking up my phone. What to do ? It is to be advised that the strictly action should be taken against usha company & k.d infotect & resolve my problem immediately. address of k.d infotect is F-4 Madan masion, govind mard, near moti doongri thana Jaipur - 302004 & mob. no:[protected].& all the relevant information is attached in the proof.
