Order:AB865682 I received powerbank which i ordered but it is not working properly..i have put it in charging until it get charged ..it is charged 4 hours later..and i put it for charging my moto e smart phone with power bank it is charge from 0 to 58 % only and then the led light ends as well as charging also ends..i trusted your site ...but now all it comes to waste...please exchange with another or refund the money..

    Dear sir, I place order on askmebazaar.com vide order no. AB872393 for the product MI Xiaomi 10400 MAh Power Bank & received this item on dated[protected] with COD amount Rs. 449. When open the product its was fake it can't charge my 2000 MAH battery single time while charging it get dry after 15 minute only 49% battery charged by it. so this this can't be original. I am feeling very foolish why buy this. when call to askmebazaar.com they told me I will try to refund it but what will be the mode of refund and how many days will take to refund is not confirmed by askmebazaar.com. Please any user don't buy any product from askmebazaar.com. its sale only duplicate product. Please admin I requesting you to solve this problem. I don't have any expectation from askmebazaar.com to help. Only this site admin can help me as per my complain record this is my third complain two already solved. please solve this also.     After four days of registered complain via this site and telephone both conversation no any call back come to me regarding this issue please askmebazaar.com take it seriously. your executive told me on dated[protected] our back end team will contact you to resolve this issue till today no any call comes on my phone regarding refund or reverse pick up of shipment. Please resolve is as soon as possible.

    I have ordered same item Order No: AB893328. But my received power bank was not working at all. I investigated and come to know its a duplicate power bank too. When I tried to call askmebazaar.com, and told them this product is duplicate. Then they replied that if the product is duplicate we can't help you, if the product is damaged or not working, in that case we can help you. I am lucky that my received power bank is not working too and registered my complain.

    I found that Xiaomi don't have their branding name on the power bank cable. you can see on photo that it has Xiaomi branding.

        Hello, I here by want to inform you that I ordered power bank MI Xiaomi from your site dated 20 Jan 2015, Which is a duplicate copy of real product therefore I also got problem in the device that not work properly which is very embarrassing. Actually Its not a fair deal which i did from your website, However i would request you kindly change my product replace with original Mi Xiaomi power bank, or please refund my money back.Other wise i will take action against your company.         Same is the case with me... The power bank does not even give me back up for one charging cycle. Functionally I have tested it. It is FAKE product. Ask me bazaar not even replying to my mails. I have raised the request for cancellation of order but no reply from their customer care. Customer care is very pathetic. Does not even know how to answer to customer queries.

        I think they are just other company which is incorporated for looting the Indian customer and fool them.
        ASK ME BAZAAR CANNOT BE TRUSTED.
        ASK ME BAZAAR OFFER FAKE AND SUB GRADED PRODUCTS.
        DO NOT BUY FROM ASK ME BAZAAR.

        I Suman Rajbangshi, a regular customer of online shop but a new for my first ever shopping via askmebazaar, I have ordered for a combo of 2 T-Shirt, Nokia 105 mobile phone and 8GB memory card on 31.10.2015 for Rs. 1299/- and I am very sad to say that I have received a samsung Guru 1200 mobile phone without sealing and it contains a duplicate charger brand name XING POWER GOLD. The original packaging is very much poor it contains totally the unsealed samsung guru mobile phone with duplicate charger without any documents, two very poor quality 'GANJEE' and one is already damaged, a memory card. ( Plz find the attachments)
        I have mailed askmebazaar for atleast 7 times, two times complain but till date they don't have a time to reply me or take any action. In the circumstances please suggest me to what I have to do now.

                AskMeBazaar - Wrong product and no refund

                Sir I ordered sony powerbank 10000mah but i received wrong product from your company that is MI powerbank 10400 mah that a fake one. Sir my order no. is AB 2741490. Sir i made so many complaints to your company via phone regarding wrong product and told them to refund my money but everytime your executives give me the new complaint no.. My recent complaint no. is QRC 578353. Sir your executives says that our executive will come to your house within 7 days but this was not done at all. Sir I received the product on 4 th may 2015 and i complained on 4 th may 2015. But till no response

                  I had placed two orders AB845259 and ABAM835986 on 15th and 16th January, 2015. Till date i have called 10 times, but always getting a reply " Will ship in 7 to 10 working Days". They do not give details of current order shipment status but again advertise that other things at discounted prices are available . Lucky that i opted for Cash On Delivery. I feel the site is fake and just want to take money from Buyers showing Ranbir and Kangana and then elope with Money...

                  AskmeBazaar called me and informed that product is out of stock, so please buy with other vendors with whom stock available. But now coupon code not working. Discount advantage now gone . So maybe Askmebazaar played a game. Seller says he is not aware of any such order to deny delivery due to Out of stock.
                  Very much fake site ...ASKMEBAZAAR... Discount coupons provided but order not honoured ...so what is the use ? Also to get infor on product no login or Customer care number also consumes time and gives a standard message even 15 days after order " Will be delivered within working days". This proves that AskmeBazaar not working at all since delivery not done till now ...

                              Dear Team, I have been one of most dissatisfied customers o[censored]rs whose 1st impression has been the worst. I had ordered a product with order id AB748400, on 28th Dec 2014.. I called the seller who was supposed to ship the product, and to my surprise he told me that he has not registered on askmebazar and dont know why askme and you are calling me, he told he cant fulfill the order.. Now I canceled the order and now its been more than 20 days m struggling for my refund...Every time I call your Cus care they give same robotic answer that you will receive a call from our backend team etc etc Now pls immediately rush for my refund as its been delayed for long Awaiting your kind revertal best regards

Since then I have been calling them for the refund which was promised within 4-7 days. I have called them every week since then. After I call them many times and Feb 10, 2015 i received a call from one of them a lady told me that the product will be delivered max 6-8 days after 8 days i call them again and an employee told me that they made an email to their senior.                                   I had placed an order for Sony 10000mah Power bank and so did my friends, on the same day.
                                  They have received their order. However, I have not. I have been calling up ASK ME BAZAAR but every time they are sharing the same status. They had assured me that a complain has been registered from their end and the concerned team would get back to me by 26th May.
                                  No one has called me up. No sms sent to me about the current status. And when I was expressing my grievances, Pallavi from the customer care was rude to me.

                                  Can you please let me know why the delay? Have I done a mistake by placing a order that I am being harassed?

                                  If ASK ME BAZAAR cannot do business then why continue selling products? Is 3 weeks not an enough time for them to get a product delivered? A normal letter sent via post office would reach a remote village faster than this.
                                  1) In April-2015 My first Order # : DGA2546096, for sony 10000mah power bank which i received a message stating the order has been cancelled after a 10 day delay.

                                  2) In 24th May-2015 i placed another order DGA3188993 for same sony 10000mah power bank, on the same day i received a message stating your order is processed. after that till date i didn't receive any confirmation from you about my order.

                                  i dealed with on line shopping sights like flipcart, snapdeal, olx. whatever orders i have given through these sites i received proper messages and confirmations in time and also the delivery.

                                  thus now i decided not to purchase anything from your online shopping site and i will inform all my friends and relatives not to purchase anything from askmebazaar.

                                    To whom it may concern, Order #AB769128. My e-mail ID - [protected]@hotmail.com On the 12th of Jan 2015 I received my order of Ray-Ban Wayfarers from AskMeBazaar. The advertisement said it will be a 'Genuine' pair and to my disappointment it turned out to be a fake! I have paid Rs 2, 000.00 for this. I did not receive a reply to my e-mail and hence I gave a call to AskMeBazaar. The representative Anjali, if I'm not mistaken, said that she agrees that it is not justified for me to receive a fake pair but she can't help me! That for any customer is shocking!!! If anyone can help me return this item and assist me in getting my cash back, highly appreciated. If not, I'm surely going to the consumer court along with many others in this forum who have been duped of their hard earned money.
