Not receive birds

I have sent my Boult Z40 for repair but haven’t received them yet. More than a month has passed but no response no mails messages nothing!! Tried several times through calls and WhatsApp but didn’t receive any proper responses!! Only getting this msg
“We regret the inconvenience. your case already has been escalated to the warehouse team, we request you to wait for some time. we will update you as soon as we get any update.”......

Microphone faulty: Echo on the other side of the call

When calling the other side receives echo of their own voice on their device. this happens on every device and every medium of call wether whatsapp video or audio call or normall call or a gmeet. if it can be resolved by driver update please do it or replace it if microphone is faulty....

Boult astra airpods

I had an issue with my Bolt airpods, so I sent my Bolt Astra air pods to the service center through courier on 16-07-25.
Which was received from the service center on 28-07-25.
And when I checked it, the issue for which I had sent it was still coming up.
The Bolt service center people returned the product to me just like that, without doing anything.

Replacement request for faulty left earbud and invoice for boult z40 ultra

I bought Boult Z40. It stopped working after 2 months.
Very complex process to raise a complete or service request.
I payed 250 for courier the product to service centre. Since 4 months over no response from customer support.
Mail communication no response.
Twitted in X to CEO no response.
As of now no help.
Boult Audio customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Faulty Product Returned, No Refund or Exchange Received

    I received faulty earbuds from Boult Audio, and I contacted them regarding the issue. They informed me that I need to return the product, and they would provide an exchange. However, I requested a refund, which they denied based on their policy. I agreed to return the product, and they arranged a pickup through their logistics partner, Shiprocket.     I have sent the earbuds for replacement but they have not been returned

    In November, I sent my earbuds to Bolt Audio for a warranty claim request, after which I got a ticket and an address in Delhi to whom I had to send my damaged earbuds, so I sent them and 2 On 2 December, I got a confirmation from the company that the EWRs have been sent on lotteries but I haven't received a reply even after 2 months.
