No refund of courier charges even after one month of daily follow up.

Hi Boult,

Pls let me know how many more months I have to keep following up, for the refund of my courier charges.

OR should I assume BOULT does not have qualified customer support professionals to sort such basis things.

Just for the refund of my courier charges you asked me
1) to fill a form
2) Gave a voucher
3) Verify with OTP, which I never got.

Boult z60 earbuds

I had purchased boult z60 earbuds on 13th January. I received jy order on 18th January. But the earbuds where missing inside the box pnly the accessories and warranty card was there. The customer support are not responding properly also....

Ticket ID: No.01206427

I still have to receive the courier refund which i filled the form also and now the earphones are not charging. i have to again send the product and they sending me a email with same ticket id. How will i get paid with same ticket id when they have not paid earlier. Also within 3months 2 times the product has issues. Pathetic customer service and product....

1st is about its battery backup it almost got discharged in within 1hour
2nd is about its cconnectivity with the case...

Repair and replacement of my product boult earbuds

Hi I have couriered my defective boultbuds and they have sent me a mail like it's warrenty has been expired and I have sent a mail to them for a screenshot like extended warranty for 3 months from the date of purchase... Then they sent a mail that we have sent your product to service centre as soon as possible we will dispatch your product... Boult audio ProPods Battery issue

The case of the propods won't turn off everytime i charge the case uponn take the charger out the case's light doesn't turn off instead it remains turned on due to which the case's battery isdrained out super quickly resulting in frequent charging needs everytime i have theuse the propods the case's battery has been drained and i have to recharge it everytime before use...

Defective product

I have purchased boult smartwatch from Flipkart which was a defected product not charged properly so I courier the product to service centre in wazirpur on 3rd oct 2023, I did not receive my replacement product till now not have any information there customer support not even responding properly they don't have any valid reason for delay also they promised to remburs RS 100 for courier charges which was also not receive yet...

I have send my product to claim warranty on 22nd of August 2023. But I still have not received back my product yet. I did follow up multiple times and same kind of respone I am getting from them like they are looking on the issue and will resolve it on priority.
