Dear sir/madam,
I am not hearing ever badly about bad delivery except you.
This is a complaint regarding bad delivery and others issue if, i get bad response from you. This is my promise i will never make any transaction from your site.

Order number (Regarding complaint) :-order id: ab6835475 & ab12118895p5944154 on 14.05.2016.
Brief complaint with points:-
1. First of all i make a order before with order id: ab6835475, for power bank with selfie stick then you deliver me power bank for another brand and without selfie stick (Complaint already)
2. On 14.05.2016, i order a eve-ready fan after login with my registered number with you [protected] then after making order i checked my order from account - track order it shows that you have not make any order with us.
Then i call to your executive they wasted my 45 min but not given me a satisfactory answer.
Any of intimation not received to me not over the phone and also not on mail about my order placed.
After concern with you executive over the phone i received a sms which makes me shocked it says that we will not received any payment but order received so, please pay on cod.
Which type of services you are providing to your customers.
3. Another issue is that at the time of check out there is a coupon "use coupon ktpay10 to avail product at ₹1, 215.00 applicable on prepaid order only"
Then i applied after that it show me that rs135 cashback added to your wallet after delivery but after discuss this with your executive on[protected] she said there is no cashback for you & another thing is this if my accounts showing that there is no order place so how can i get cashback. There are many sites which provides the same for rs.1210.
4. You said that your order delivered to you on next day with guarantee but now upto 17.05.2016, 11:14am, i have not got my product and this is my last warning deliver the same or cancel my order & revert my payment.
5. Check the record i complain on[protected] but they have no power to help there customers they always put call on hold for 10-15 min.
Sir, i want to know what is this are you joking with your customers if, you cannot provide best services to your customers then stop you publicity.
If, my every of issues not going to resolved please cancel my order and bring it back.
