I called to complain about not receiving the free 3d glasses promised by the listing...the call landed in pune center...i spoke to 2 people ..neeta and sandesh and both people disconnected my phone when i asked to speak to a floor supervisor ...then on the third call someone came posing as the floor supervisor and (Anjali) she was very rude and did not even speak proper english ...she wasted over 30 min on the call and did not resolve problem...i have placed over 6 orders in past 2 months and some before that...everytime there has been an issue with delivery or product...looks like you guys are the most disorganised company i have ever dealt with...your customer service is the most pathetic and untrained...your staff hangs up on customer and does not even listen to what the issue was...i will never buy anything again from your site...and i am sure your company will not go too far with this customer service.. ANYBODY READING THIS DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM HEREYOU WILL THANK ME FOR THE ADVISE.

    Hi, i brought a toy product(Order no AB4675304) from ask me on AUG. Company took 2 weeks to deliver, with all there charges . Then finally receiving it, they delivered manufacturer defect product, On same day i complain this to them on site even on call. i got notified that they will return the product and return money . Still i waiting for the response. despite calling them and mailing them for update again & again. First time i shopped from ask me bazaar, i got such bad experience with this website . **i'll suggest everyone not to shop with ask me bazaar**

        I placed two orders with you and payed online: 1. DGA5770218 2. DGA5770453 I got a text saying my order is cancelled. When enquired you told me because item is not is stock. I had ordered some other products from the same seller on amazon.in which I received the next day. It had their contact details. When I asked them about the product being in stock, they clearly told me that they have it in stock and you are not paying them so they can only ship after getting the money from you. When I have paid you, why didn't you pay them and why did you cancel your order. I need my refund by Next week. I have all documentary proofs about you guys lying about unavailability of the product with the seller. So just refund my Money by Tuesday and go on with your sick life. Don't give me 8-10 working days non sense. Text says 5-7 days and you guys tell me 8-10 days. Give me contact details of your CFO. I will speak with him if required and maybe explain him some business ethics. It's my 15K not yours.

              I have placed a order on askmegrocery.com but my money has been deducted from my card account of Rs 266 but i have not received any order id and didnt got my money back. I am highly disappointed with customer care of askme as i have called them 20 times but they are not responding to my complaints. I request you to please resolve my query.                 I bought a product from Ask Me Bazzar by online payment on 28th Aug, 2015 but company send order on C.O.D, I paid C.O.D as well as online payment. when I call to [protected] they said we will revert your money send them email of scan copy of C.O.D receipt and bank account number, i did it, I Got many confirmation call from them and said they will revert my money in 2-5 working days. I do the same but still I haven't got my money back, my contact number is [protected] order number is AB4847495. Each time after calling to [protected], I get different message that It will be resolved in next 15 days, 8 days, 3 days, 24 hours etc. Even I got a confirmation call form them that issue is going to resolve in next 3 days but even passed 15 days, no refund held. Kindly help.

After 2-3 days i checked the order tracking and my other details at that time they told me that the offer is available only till 1st Oct. 2015. so my complain is for both Ask me Bazaar and PayUMoney they did not updated their site and because of that i pay extra Rs. 200/-. So i want to return my Cash Back 200 Rs. other wise i complaint in RTI or also to Consumer forum against to both Ask Me Bazaar & PayUMoney.                           I have placed the order on 15th Aug through net banking. But when the order is delivered they took cash on delivery as well.
                          I enquired at customer care, they told me to refund my amount back I.e 2500 rs.
                          Since 2 months they have not refund my amount

                            Sir, I regret to inform you that I received today fake product from Gauba traders that consists of 5 pieces of Induction cookware. I am totally unhappy about the service of Gauba traders that they rendered by fooling us. I took it seriously for the services rendered to me. My order number for your reference is AB5731174 that placed on 4th october, 2015. I am astonished that we received the product within 4 days this time that to fake items. IT is not good and just by decieving us. I placed the same order on 6th sep, 2015 and received good items from Gauba. By feeling satisfactorily I placed the same order for my brother's family. But I rather upset and disappointment with their service. Ask me Bazaar team members please take it seriously and resolve my problem at the earliest.                               Received one product which is faulty one. as i asked for return with refund so i applied for refund since 4 weeks before. product has been returned already . customer care does giving resolution to get credited amount within 72hrs. still unable to get but.

                                Good evening sir, I regret to inform you that I have received unworking and fake products from Fab implex, Ask me bazaar today for which my family members totally unhappy. I am one of the customers of ask me bazaar. Kindly note down my order number DGA5534116, Order placed by myself. It's value is Rs. 999/- but I am glad that ask me bazaar gave me BONANZA20 discount @ Rs.200/-. I paid Rs.799 to the product delivered to my address as stated in my order form.
                                Hence, the concerned authorities may be pleased to take product back or else refund the amount paid by me into my account at the earliest. please take necessary action against Fab implex so that they will deliver the products after thorough pre delivery inspection. I had ordered 3 and thought at least one of it could be good but unfortunately all the 3 are very bad and don't charge at all. Request you to talk to the seller and make sure they don't ruin your website. I called askmebazaar help desk and they said they take complaints only within 48 hours after receiving the product and asked me to contact the Power bank company which is MI. I contact them and they said that askmebazaar is not authorized to sell the product so they wont help. I don't know what I should do. Thank you, Sebastian

                                      I have ordered a Tupperware water dispenser(for which I have done the full payment) from this site it was supposed to be delivered within 10 working days but now it has been almost a month the product has not been delivered the whole system is responsible the customer care says we do not have any tracking details while they have spent so much of money on advertising about their site can't they spent some money on implementing tracking system very very poooooooooooooor service ask me this site should be closed as soon as possible as they are highly inefficient for running such e-retail site.
