Received immediate sms confirmation of order no.Ndd11195324p5109602
Received sms regarding cancellation of order without citing any reason & refund within 3-5 days
Called customer care on 30.3.16 to enquire about reason of cancellation. Was informed by your executive abour product being wrong price
Why it was offered at all, why your website insisted on full advance payment, why it took 5 days to cancel the order when you didn't have the product & last why it's taking too much time to refund when you don't intend to send the product. Ihave four order id for one product
