Ask Me Bazaar.com — Product repicked but refund not got. | |||
I had placed an order for a samsung 2600mah power bank on 26 july 2015 of order amount 329 and the same was deliverd to me on 8/8/2015 . Since the product was not upto my expectation so i request for a return on the same day. The product was repicked up on 25/8/2015. Since then i am complaining in the customer care for refund but till now i have not recieved it. They are only telling you will recieve it but not got till now after 10 days also. My two complaint nos are qrc38727849 qrc40371425. so i now find me helpless what to do. Was this information helpful? | |||
