[Resolved] Ask Me Bazaar — Damaged products and disregard to the customers. | |||
I ordered this product on Feb 20, 2016 via askmebazaar.com. My order ID is Then I check my order status which was not showed in my account in the site. Then I customer care and inquired about this later I came to know that, "After 4 hours from the payment made time only that product will reflect in our askmebazaar.com account" I was shocked but I have no idea that I already made the payment so I waited till it reflects in my askmebazaar.com account. After 4 days I found that the address which i was given by me wrong. So, I immediately called up ASKME and asked for the address change then i got the information that my product was moved to Courier company which is "Delhivery". So which is not at all possible to change the address.Also they dint care about that as well. Then I have requested for the alternate mob no. register with them as there is no coverage in my registered mobile no. but they ignored for that too Due to these confusions I was unable to avail the product on the first day(25th Feb 2016) where the delhivery courier boy went to that wrong address and he returned. Second day I called up the Courier company and I asked for the alternate no. update to call me they accepted my request and they followed up and delivered the product on second day(26th Feb 2016). After receiving the product with 30 mnts I got a call from askmebazaar.com and one of the lady was informed me that " the courier boy was unable to deliver your product and it will take maximum 5 working days to deliver that product(PLS NOTE I GOT A ABOVE INFORMATION AFTER RECEIVING THE PRODUCT). Which shows the miscommunication b/w the askmebazaar.com and Delhivery. Coming to the product which i bought" Quality of this fan is too bad and the cup which used to cover the Mounting Bracket was broken. Also the wings are like blade and bent, which is very very thin.
