I returned a Samsung guru mobile to them, and still I didn't got my refund back.Its been 2months, still I am suffering to get my refund back.I contacted them, but they says they will offer the refund, making false claims, now I am struggling seriously to get my money back, it is my hard earned money.please kindly help me to get my refund back.
