[Resolved] Ask Me Bazaar — Faulty Supply of Material | |||
Dear Sir, I had ordered 1 no. Sony 10000 MAH Power Bank through your web site. The product has been dispatched / received at my address on 29.04.2015 but I was out of station and could not check the consignment. On 4th May 2015 when I returned back, I am surprised and disappointed on opening the parcel. The power bank is not of Sony but of Chinese make xiaomi.com mi . Though the bill also mention it as of Sony 10000 MAH Power Bank with Color Black. I have paid Rs/- 679/- for the same and the bill mention the store name as My Limo Trading. My Order Details : Order No. AB 2500779 Dated. 23.04.2015. Please see this issues & help me in changing the power bank with Sony brand as I ordered and paid for the same.
