[Resolved]  Ask Me Bazaar — No update on order shipment status

Hi,

I ordered an item on 2-Feb-2016 (AB9416698). Till today there is no update on the order shipment status. There is no toll-free number to call or you cant check any online status of the order. There was a support link to submit a complaint and just submitted it. So far no response. This is not the first time, I have seen lot of customers facing this kind of issues. This would simply encourage customers to stay back from this website and no one would recommend it to friends n family.

Finally received the packaged with several followups with the seller and courier. There is long way to improve the service, particularly in keeping the customer updated on the status.

Five working day has crossed. Still there is no reply on the status of the order. 17 days since I placed the order with immediate payment.. :(
Really very frustrating situation.
Finally got a reply from askmebazzar with courier tracking number on Feb-22nd. Tracking status is very weird. package is bouncing to various cities since Feb-13th -> Rajkot -> Ahmedabad -> Chennai -> Erode -> Coimbatore -> Erode -> Salem -> Erode -> Salem (as of Feb-23rd). Not sure when I would get the package.. :(
Package is still not arrived. No status change since 23 Feb.

Finally I received the package on Feb-27th. But product doesn't seems to be genuine, It was stainless steel towel holder rod. I don't see the brand name "Morsel" either in the pack or on the product and it doesnt appear like the one I saw on the shop. But not bad.. so decided to keep it.

Definitely Askmebazzar has long way to improve their service... I am really afraid to order one more time with this website. Sorry to say that...
