[Resolved] Ask Me Bazaar — Not accepting my complaint | |||||
I have bought vinner DV01 mobile through ask me bazaar.the product is delivered on 20th of this month.i have been went to out of station during the time of delivery. i've opened the box on 23rd of this month, i found that the mobile is not working.when i report this to ask me bazaar, they said that my complaint is not within in the valid period (within 48 hours of delivery), so it is not acceptable and they said to contact the seller. but there is no source to contact them even in the bill also there is no Email ID/phone no/TIN no.then how can i contact them., .the mobile phone has 1 year warranty.how can i exchange this mobile phone and what can i do with that?. shall i took this complaint to consumer court? or is there any alternatives for this? please do the need for me as soon as possible.
