Dear sir,

I booked air cooler on ndd ask mebzaar on 05.04.16, and committed delivery date was 06.04.16, i call customer care [protected] and they said today is delivery and every time when i call, they charge for next day delivery, but not done, today i call they said we raise complaint it will take next 48hrs to resolve, then why charge for next day delivery, i need my consignment as urgent basis,

I am chandrasekaran from coimbatore. I have ordered one symphony on 5th apr 2016 on same time payment from credit card . On site delivery time in next day. I have talk his customer care no in three to four time & he or she have take time 4 to 5 day for delivery. But still i have not receive the same. Now i have call to customer care he told me your order is cancel & you amount will be return on 5-7 days. I have most urgency for my product but this site confused me still. This is not fair so request you to please involve you and give me Justice. Not only for me lot of customer complaint raise on your website, they are take our money and hold upto 1months for interest amount and refund after that.they cheating customers and gain money, need to take action for that.
